Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa

We booked a last minute stay at Omni and we loved it! It’s such a fun resort for families. They have a lot of activities for kids aside from the water park. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping did a great job at coming to tighty up while we were out at the pool. It was a nice touch to come back to a clean room. All the staff we encountered was great. We will be coming back!

The pool was amazing. We arrived early enough in the week that we had it all to ourselves. By Friday though it had filled up pretty quickly with other guests. We originally were staying here for the lazy river and we did not use it once during our stay. We ordered food and drinks at the pool and had an evening meal at the Desert Pearl onsite which was amazing! All the staff at the resort were so polite and helpful. I received texts from guest services about amenities available at the resort. My Husband and I stayed here many years ago. We were delighted to see that some things had been updated. I would definitely stay here again. I love Palm Desert/Palm Springs.

No one helped us take our bags to our room in 105 heat. The door handle on the patio kept falling off on both the inside and outside of the room. the hardware on in the bathroom was loose. When it was time to check out, we kept calling the front to get someone to help check us take our bags downstairs to the car but the line was busy after multiple attempts. the carpet looked dirty and stained. When housekeeping cleaned the room they gave us stained "clean" towels.

Amazing stay! Second time coming to stay at Omni. Staff was amazing and very helpful with anything we needed. They are all so caring for the children and make them feel special with little details that really make a difference. If you are planning on family trip dont hesitate !

We chose the Omni over other hotels because the pool looked like it was going to be a blast for our kids - and it was!! Great pools, good waitstaff and the rooms were clean and cool when we needed to get out of that hot Palm Springs heat

We arrived as a group of five families, some of whom had traveled from Israel, and we were really looking forward to a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, we felt that the way we were treated was different and uncomfortable. The biggest issue was at the pool. The staff constantly reprimanded my children and other children in our group, to the point where being at the pool became stressful and unpleasant instead of an enjoyable part of our vacation. What bothered us most was the feeling that we were being singled out from the moment we arrived. We were all speaking Hebrew, and we couldn’t help but wonder whether the treatment we received was related to that. I cannot say for certain that it was discrimination, but that was certainly how it felt to us, and it was extremely uncomfortable. The front desk did try to work with us and offered to reduce the resort fee, and I appreciate their attempt to find a compromise. However, that did not change the main issue — the overall service and the way we were treated throughout our stay. We came as five families, some traveling from overseas, and we had high expectations for a good experience. Unfortunately, we left very disappointed. A hotel should make its guests feel welcomed, respected, and comfortable. Sadly, that was not our experience this time. I truly hope management takes this feedback seri

Everything was great almost all the staff was kind and smiling with the exception of the girl with the long black hair in the Cafe across from pearl restaurant. Didn’t greet us, didn’t smile, didn’t even seem to care to be kind at all. Front desk was amazing and super helpful.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They made sure I had everything I needed and made me feel very welcome. The hotel room was also very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

The staff was extremely friendly. Every staff member who passed by us asked if everything was okay and whether we needed anything. Overall, the kids really enjoyed the pools and the small water park on the property. The finish in the rooms feels a little dated. We also expected the water area to be more substantial. Splashtopia is nice, but in practice it gets repetitive fairly quickly. It was one of the main reasons we chose to stay at the resort, so we were ultimately disappointed. We had expected a much wider variety of water attractions and activities. We were also a little disappointed that many of the additional activities for children came at an extra cost.

This place was recommended by 2 friends and I'm glad I listened. I need to experience it minus the heat. Room service was good.
