Central location. Lots of shopping and food options close by. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast and breakfast options. Coffee available all day for the coffee lovers and room were very clean and felt warm and comfy

Hotel staff was great. Room was clean. Good breakfast options. The pool was hazy looking and very dirty: noticed a bandaid on the deck and a big clump of hair in the pool.

The front desk was rude upon check in. I paid through Expedia and was charged again when I checked in. I asked the manager why I was charged and she said it was their mistake and would credit my card. The next day I was charged $50 dollars for incidentals. I contacted the front desk to ask why I was bring charged and was advised this was our nightly incidental charge of $16 per night. Why would this be taken out of my account on the second night of my stay? Wouldn't you require this at check in or even check out? The next day upon check out I tried to get my money back for incidentals and their mistaken charge. I was told her would be credited to me. I still a week later have yet to see any credit. I've left a message for management and will be writing corporate.

The breakfast was good and staff was nice

I got charged 50$ for three drops of blood on a blanket, two sheets and a towel.

Everything we needed for the trip. Great location. No complaints

No water dispenser in the lobby (something I see at all the other Holiday Inn Expresses). The price was reasonable so what the heck.

Area was clean. Breakfast adequate. Wish they had non pork items though. Had pork sausage and pork creamy sauce for biscuits. Room size adequate and towels were bright white. Gym doesn't open til 7. Would like it earlier like 6 since we left early in the morning. Staff very kind
