My room was okay. Room was accommodating for the night. Breakfast options good and overpriced. Staff very friendly.

Staff was super friendly. Pool area was nice and parking was easy.

Would definitely stay here again. Room had nice colors and was clean. Shower was big and had a line to hang bathing suits. Pool was large and well maintained. Food was pricey, but we needed gluten free food and they had a ton. Kids meals not bad for price. There was a gift store in the hotel, and other stores close by. Bus to the theme parks was a short ride. No fan in the bathroom and limited dresser drawers. Felt very safe, great for everyone.

The hotel was very clean and nice. There is a cafe downstairs and they are open late 11pm which is good when you’re coming back late from the parks. The pool is also open late which is nice for night swimming. The hotel was very nice.

The Surfside hotel was a great hotel for accessing Universal Studios parks. The transportation buses to the parks make it quick and easy. The room needs improvement. The floors were badly sticky when we arrived and dirty in spots. The beds do not have enough warm covers, I had to ask for several blankets. We loved how Starbucks was in the lobby, but the resturant in the hotel was very disappointing.

The cleaning crew didn't speak English and those who did were quite rude. I don't think they cared too much for white people. The property was great. Our family had a great time at the water park and it was a beautiful property. Thank goodness my grandkids were there to guide me as it is a big facility and lots of twists and turns in the many halls! They also had a great selection of food that was pretty tasty and healthy at reasonable prices.

This property was excellent the staff was friendly the room was very clean and spacious. It was my granddaughter birthday and they provided a nice little gift and amenities. My overall experience was amazing!
