Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Dockside Inn and Suites

Overall hotel was great. Enough beds for my six family members. Room was clean. There wasn't a thick blanket on the beds so it was a little cold. Shower pressure wasn't great but it wasn't the worst either. Staff was great. Convenient to stay on universal property when going to the parks. We took advantage of early entry. They held our bags while we went to park on the last day. They had a nice locker room for us to change after day at the park on our last day after we had checked out.

Don’t let check in fool you because it is a cluster fk. The entire design is terrible everyone blocks the front door and nobody realizes the check in parking is there because they put up a useless gate that you just have to drive up to. Then you walk in and see a mile long line to check in and half a dozen employees doing nothing but once your in the beds are comfortable room is cold and quiet and the kitchen stays open till 3 am for Halloween horror nights so I would still recommend for anyone to stay here

Great property and great amenities

Check in was chaotic. The person checking us in gave us access to the wrong room and I had to go back down (after waiting awhile to begin with) to get this straightened out). The parking was decent other than the card is hard to put against the reader from a distance and the machine says "thank you for your business" (instead of "stay" which would be more appropriate). The access to the stairs from the outside didn't work so I had to keep taking the elevator to go up one floor which was stupid. The costs of the drinks and sodas are astronomical. Money grab all around. The facility for being only a few years old is very dated and tired already. Needs a major renovation. The room is something short of like a Best Western at best--the bathrooms are terrible and the bed linens are too thin for comfort.

Loved everything about property. Convenient shuttle to universal huge pool clean rooms will definitely stay there again loved everything

It’s pretty good . But the suites are smaller compared to cabana bay. Also the restaurant has limited options. But all in all it’s a good experience .

My family & myself loved our stay. It’s family friendly & The staff were amazing. I definitely recommend this Resort.

I did not like the fact that everything there needs money. Cannot they provide good drinking water near the rooms? Though the rooms are good and service is okay, they are too bad in providing basic services.

Never disappoints! Clean, great service, easy to get to Universal and all for a fantastic price!

The only thing I would say was a down fall would be that after a long day at the parks we came to the room late and were talking and eating and security said they heard us from the hallway and had a noise complaint which was crazy since we were just talking and have a family of five. I guess you could hear everything through the walls or she just wanted to be rude and told us it’s our first warning. Completely uncalled for!

We love staying at Dockside. Its always clean, beautiful, convenient and fun. We miss it already!

Food-wise, the pizzas were great, and it was easy to order food online from outside restaurants too. The early park admission perk was extremely useful and made a real difference in planning our park days. Suggestion - rooms should include an electric kettle along with the coffee machine There's also a Starbucks on property, which was a nice convenience. Premium outlet malls are on 10 min drive
