Universal's Aventura Hotel

I like the iPad, adultish pool (less kids), no carpets in room and love the rooftop bar.

Excellent and very convenient. Awesome and helpful staff. Starbucks is in the lobby as well as a Universal store. They also have a cafeteria and a pizza stand. Rooftop restaurant/bar was great too.

The hotel needs to update certain things. They have not invested much in the experience or the hotel. One towel hook for entire room. Outdated roof top and pool areas. Very plain and old compared to other resorts. For a few $$ more I’ll be headed to sapphire next time

The rooms were clean. staff helpful and friendly

Great location good connection to the parks and have a rental in the lobby for car. The kids love the pizza and the price was amazing. And the bar in the roof was amazing cocktails. Can do with a handheld shower host for the ladies.

The hotel was beautiful, and our room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was also great, close to Universal, with convenient bus transportation from the hotel to the parks and back. The staff was generally very friendly, although one morning a breakfast staff member was quite unfriendly to my child. We shared our feedback about this during our stay. Other than that, everything went smoothly. A big thank you to the staff and also to the hotel manager, who came to the restaurant one morning and personally asked some of the guests how they were doing. We thought that was a very nice touch. The pool could open a little earlier, as it would be nice to go for a morning swim. Otherwise, everything was great.

Shuttle to the parks and options for dinning A lot of noise night and day n the east facing rooms. Tbere are many big air conditoning units.

If you're looking to be able to walk to the water park at Universal, it's great, but you'll need a bus to get to the other parks and the lines to get on the bus at peak times aren't pleasant. The fancy iPad remote control for the room didn't always work

Location a massive plus. Modern facilities and friendly staff. The first night (Friday) the rooftop bar was closed for a private event. Wasn’t made clear that surrounding hotels facilities were available.
