Had to call the front desk several times for omitted housekeeping items. Good location. Great sized rooms. Breakfast also had many choices.

Would be nice if the internet was better

The room was clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast had a great selection. Conveniently located. Friendly and accommodating staff. The only grievance I have is the parking fee not being included in the price even though it is disclosed in the amenities. But overall I have and would stay at this property again.

Location is ideal for those attending Seaworld and Aquatica. Convenient location quick drive to necessities needed for your stay. Hotel is well maintained. Staff and maintenance personnel provide excellent service. You have to pay for parking but you get free breakfast. Rooms have kitchenette if you want to cook. Room service and cleaning crew is A1. Bar grill available for eatery and drinks. Nice size pool family with little children can enjoy. Laundromat and gym available. Will definitely recommend and stay there again in the future

The parking was always full and it was super expensive They didn't give us sheets for the sofa bed I hate it here

Clean rooms and very comfortable. The pool was wonderful and very relaxing. Staff was very attentive also.

Great room size, location and breakfast!

Complimentary breakfast is good with plenty of choices. Room we had was very spacious with a small kitchen and bath.

The location was great, really close to Seaworld. Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was great and plenty of room to sit.

Everything is wonderful every time we come. It is a great location, the staff is awesome and the breakfast is yummy! The only thing I am not fond about is the parking fees. This should be included.

Very good Hotel.

Only on the third time of asking that evening did we actually get bedding brought to us. We raised the issue with the staff but there was little feedback from them. Really disappointing to have paid for the extra space and not to have it - even after asking repeatedly! The room itself was a good size and well appointed. The breakfast was ok. The shuttle bus to SeaWorld parks was good (make sure you book your slot). The car parking fee was daylight robbery - $27 per night - which with taxes and admin meant it cost over $90 to park for three nights. This is hidden in small print (but we’d missed it - wouldn’t have stayed there if seen it). The car park is large so plenty of room - so just a money making exercise rather than controlling use!!
