Very nice

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and available to answer the questions that I had. I was informed via text messages of the events at the hotel. My room was great. It was very clean and the mini refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven was useful. I was comfortable being in the room. The pool was outstanding and I had fun in it. I would definitely recommend staying at the hotel.

Amazing! Anything we called & asked for they were right on it. Security helped with us forgetting our room key a few times, also were there very quickly! Will stay again when we come back to Orlando area! They provide you with everything you need. Washer and dryer being in your unit with a toddler is 10/10.

We got a bedroom, living room, balcony, kitchen and amazing pool for a fraction of the price we pay at Disney. Our entire stay was less than 1 night at the Grand floridian. My kids like both hotels equally so we opted to save some money this year. The hotel is walking distance from Sea World and a 15 minute drive from Epcot and Disney Springs

Pool was clean. Rooms were amazing. Cleaning staff was incredible The lack of family activiities available.

Very nice setup for what we needed. Had our own kitchen and shuttle to discovery cove. Friendly front desk upon check in.

The wifi is great. Housekeeping comes every fourth day because me and my family check in on Wednesday the rooms was supposed to be cleaned on Saturday and didn't arrived until Sunday when we was checking out. Plus a spider was in my room it took twenty minutes for them to respond and I was terrified because we don't have spiders that big in The Bahamas.
