Clean room

Clean room. The breakfast buffet was really good.

The employee that checked me in was a superstar! I was very stressed when I arrived as there was a big thunderstorm/traffic on the way to the hotel and I had about an hour to change for an event. At first, she couldn’t find my reservation (panic) but after patiently looking for a few minutes, she did, and my check in was smooth. She even gave me a plastic bag for my wet umbrella! I appreciated her calm demeanor- great job!

This is an incredible property for an Orlando vacation. The pool has a really fun vibes, the waterslides are cool and Service everywhere fantastic. I’ve stayed here twice, and never been disappointed with anything.

Small arcade, Starbucks and several restaurants to choose from. The staff was really welcoming and the room very nice. Would definitely stay again.

At check-in, an employee approached me while I was in line and asked if I was a delivery driver. I had to explain twice that I was a guest checking in. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. I then waited almost an hour at the front desk while visibly pregnant, without any accommodation or assistance. We chose the hotel largely for the pool experience, but weather closures prevented us from enjoying the pools as planned. I completely understand that weather is beyond the hotel’s control; however, when I asked about alternatives or even a credit, I was told nothing could be offered. The pool closure was also poorly organized, which was particularly difficult because two of my children have autism. We received little guidance on where to change them or what to do next. The property itself was nice, but better customer service, communication, and consideration for families with special needs would have made a significant difference.

So much to do, you never have to leave the property. But if you do, free shuttles to the Disney properties. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The pool was useless they would take you out for random maintenance mind you the has the night to do that

Stayed here with the family for a few days. Great hotel amazing amenities from the pool down to the gym. Recommend stay for sure!

Everything good

My family and I recently stayed at the Orlando World Center Marriott from August 9–15, 2026. My daughter and I were so pleased when Nelson at the front desk graciously helped us change rooms to one with a better view with the view of the pool. However, in the process of moving rooms, I accidentally left four brand-new pairs of sandals in the closet of in my previous room. I went downstairs to speak with the front desk and left a message about my sandals. I even returned to the original room with my son-in-law to see if they were still there, but another guest had already checked into the room and had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The following morning, I called around 8:30 a.m. and left another voicemail. At 9:00 a.m., I called the room again, and a wonderful lady answered. I explained that I had stayed in the room the previous night and had accidentally left my sandals in the closet. She was kind enough to check for me, but unfortunately, they were no longer there. I thanked her for taking the time to help and wished her a good day. She even wished me luck in finding them. The next day, my daughter accidentally left her flip-flops at the pool. We returned to the front desk to see if they had been turned in to Lost and Found. The front the front desk and left a message about my sandals. I even returned to the original room with my son-in-law to see if they were still there, but another guest had already checked into the
