Excellent all over

Clean large room with a great shower.

We truly loved this hotel - from the moment we checked in until we left - we always felt welcomed and so comfortable. The beds are so comfortable including the pillows . Room was always clean when we would come back at night . And the breakfast was always delicious and a great way to start the day . The complementary transportation to the Disney parks is so helpful. Would definitely stay again .

Breakfast was great and replenished fast as possible and people were nicely seated and everywhere is clean and I will like to come back sometime again.

The stay was OK. No lotion in the rooms— made me feel like a nuisance for asking for toiletries. The other problem I have is with the staff. I left an item in my room and they would not let me retrieve it— said they didn’t see it. Their security found it and now I have to pay $45 to have it shipped to me. The breakfast is atrocious— zero healthy options. This was my third stay there and never again. (I stay bc it’s convenient for a conference to I go to) Cheap places treat you poorly and this place is not up to standard if you want to be treated like you are paying to stay at a hotel. I’ll go back to Hiltons and Marriott’s from now on.

And shampoo, body wash dispenser was not great Staffs were all kind, breakfast was good.

I have wonderful time with my 2 kid.the check in and check out fast and smooth.The room was clean and I have delicious breakfast.I'll come back here next vacation.

Clean, friendly staff, breakfast very good

I like the cleanliness and the pleasant staff. Breakfast was decent with a variety to choose from. The pool was cleaned everyday so no leaves or debris was in water.

This hotel was great. Clean, breakfast was great and the shuttles buses to the park was so good. I did not have to drive at all.

Rooms are very spacious. Very clean. Breakfast was very good and the staff is very helpful

It was a decent room at a decent resort. I spent most of my time at a conference, so spent little actual time on premises. No complaints.
