Extended Stay America Suites Orlando Maitland 1776 Pembrook

Photos did not look like it were in person. I had to leave in the middle of the night due to roaches crawling on the bed. I was laying on front desk. Staff was very rude and told me I could leave if I wanted to. I went somewhere else and spent $139 just to sleep comfortably. The manager had the assistant to call me and tell me that they’re gonna give me a refund and that she apologize, which I feel as if she should’ve gave me a call to hear my complaint or how I feel versus letting someone else do it.

Good service nice staff very friendly

Everyone was super friendly and immediately helpful and accommodating when we had a problem with an appliance in our first room. Responsive and professional, they saw to putting us into another room within minutes. Allison was so helpful and made sure that room was properly equipped and ready to go! The hotel is super conveniently located to all Orlando's attractions, and the kitchenette made dining options more affordable for us!

I enjoyed my quick one night stay….i would recommend getting new carpet or doing a deep clean in them

Worst place ever I will never stay at extended stay ever in my life

My boyfriend and I decided to stay for a little retreat. It was wonderful. The pool was clean, the room was spotless and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I was also thrilled to see the magnet stove which to me is not only unique its such a convenient touch! A couple of small issues: two of the lights didn’t work, the vending machine drinks were warm, it was difficult to get the recliner to click back & the bed rolled a bit. The fridge and freezer were extremely cold and clean, which I loved along with the rotating TV. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back. These were minor things, so it’s still a solid 4‑star experience / 9 outta 10! Thank you to Rhonda (working 7/16 around 4 PM) for making our visit even better. <3

I like the location and the price of the hotel. The hotel room is very spacious. The bed was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. When I need a hotel at a good value for a quick trip I’d stay here again. The continental breakfast was very basic but that’s didn’t bother me much. My room in particular was old and run down for instance the sink area was showing signs of wear and tear and so was the bathtub. The metal bar for the shower curtain and the shower head were rusted. The couch is very uncomfortable and hard.

I was only able to be at the front of the property, no one was there to register me , I call Custumer service, and they said someone will come down to check me in , I stood around the premises and no one showed up, I had a long day I was really tired from work stress at home and just wanted to get my room keys and Relax , but no that didn't happen , I requesting my money back . Nothing to Many people in the room

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Only issue was one stove burner wasn't working. Did not hinder our stay and the staff apologized when I brought it to their attention.

Well kept Property. Very secure. Had to go breakfast - not meals - but it was good.

Front desk was very helpful for a coffee pot and any questions that I had. Breakfast should be more than grab and go. It's easy to put a waffle iron and cereal in the Breakfast Room, since there are already tables and chairs.

This place needs to be demolished and rebuilt. I completely lost the reputation for this brand. This is way too dirty and needs to be inspected completely. We cant even breath in the hotel the air quality was terrible and all night we had to wear mask and sleep. Also there were full of algae, pests and left over food under the bed, desk.
