Just horrible

Absolutely horrible experience! I will be taking action.

Was a little upset pool was closed, as part of the booking was to let the kids have some fun in the pool.. try to save a little vs parks and other entertainment. About 30 mins to the parks.. Vacations, are they about the rooms? Thats up to you to decide.

Pots/pans not included $40, plates and cups $30 price is a little extreme for items not even provided and being placed on the 3rd floor with no working elevator. I did see roaches but the room overall was clean.

Roach motel.....stinks....bathrooms filthy...no one speaka english

. When I went into the room, it smelled very dirty. I looked on the bed and I saw two bugs that appeared to be fleas. I also saw a dental floss pic on the floor. I left and refused To stay with bugs in the bed

the price and location was good. The room was very old, broken shower floor peeling, couch bed was painfully flat carpet dirty.

Location was near where we needed to be and price was low People drinking and smoking at all hours near the door, Loud in the hallways at night. Carpets were very stained and the hall always smelled terrible

I’ve stayed at this and other locations, as well. The staff has always gone above and beyond when asking for specific accommodations as much as possible. The prices at varying times of the year are very reasonable, and the area is family-friendly. I’ve not had any issues with noise nor foul odors, and I am a nonsmoker. I think some people have unrealistic expectations. Would recommend…

I did not stay. Saw a roach on one of the beds. I checked in late and no one was at front desk to complain to. I left the premises and did not even use the room.
