This was a wonderful property. Great location, breakfast included, clean and appealing indoor space and pool area. The only negative was the lack of sound proofing in the Shorebirds building.

The staff was excellent,breakfast was very good. Pool and hot tub was great.I wish they had a bar with more than beer and wine to appreciate the piano player.

Room was very clean, good towels, very slow but abundant hot water. Room lacked comfortable upholstered chairs and a working height table. Vinyl flooring. Breakfast was included but very limited and not too appetizing. Breakfast was not refreshed for later diners. Bathroom had pedestal sink so limited space for toiletries. Location to town was great. Our room was not in the main building and I do believe I might have found those more comfortable.

No hot water on our last day so could not shower. Hot tub should be renamed warm tub…certainly not hot. No phone in room, no bathrobes and no elevator to 2nd floor in our building (room 604). TV a bit small given the large room.

Clean room, beautiful property and pool, staff friendly and location is excellent. Will be back.

Great location. Friendly staff. Only issue was the size of the bathroom and lack of any vanity (difficult for family use) and the air conditioner was extremely loud.

The hotel is old and it shows in the room. The AC unit was not very effective. But everything was very clean and the staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok but the choices were limited. The location is the best feature of this hotel: it is a short walk to the beach (around 15 minutes), a short walk to the main area in town with all the restaurants and shops, you have two entrances to Marginal Way very close. You can park your car and not take it for all your stay!
