We have an amazing room. We don’t mind stairs, we had 3th floor, Very clean, we were shock that even had an ocean view, we booked it last minute, and location, location, location.

This gorgeous property is in a prime location on the ocean (and near everything “downtown”), and it maximizes that location with gorgeous pool, relaxation, and other resort facilities. The rooms, while small, were fine- except for extremely uncomfortable beds that really challenged my husband and me. Multiple hot tubs, 2 pools, Adirondack chairs, direct access to Marginal Way, fire tables by the sea- wow. Barely sleeping through the night- less so. I would consider going back given all the advantages, but I’d look into whether any of the room options included newer beds first (we were in starboard 1st floor).

Outstanding stay! Everything was great, from the room and staff service to the location. The room was huge and much bigger than I expected, which was a wonderful surprise. The location was perfect-close to the beach, beautiful walking trails, restaurants, and shopping. Everything was convenient and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

Having a heated outdoor pool in Maine that's near the beach is fantastic! You have to align with kids games with some family family into the evening at Joe's Day. Warm and welcoming hotel

The smell of cleaning liquids in hallways was so overwhelming it caused eyes to water! They need to switch to different products! This is basically a very high priced motel in a beautiful location. Access to Marginal Way was great. Definitely for families, not couples. Very overpriced but high season.

Location was awesome. Awesome views. Wonderful restaurant with great food and excellent servers. Our room was very clean with exceptional room service. We liked so many things. Didn't like our pool view....too noisy for us.

Amazing location I didn’t like being across the street and thought the price was high for being in that location. The pool area is overly crowded.

Location, location, location. Its right on the water and magnificent. The room could have been better stocked with TP, soap, towels and extra pillows but we worked it all through with the staff

Location. Carpets were so dirty and smelled. Ice machine broken. No one came to clean our room. Bar not stocked and understaffed. Almost every part of it smelled.

Nice access to the ocean and the downtown area. The pool was a little warmer than we would have liked but it was clean and overall a great place to stay.
