The Americana Hotel

I like eveything about the Americana Hotel. Nothing to change. It's perfect for me.

Great location, friendly staff, heated indoor pool. We've stayed here several times and have not had a bad experience.

I booked a ocan front room and didnt get what I paid for from your website

The room was very clean. The best part was the view. So beautiful and having hammerheads bar and grill right below us was so convenient. Parking was great, I can’t say enough about it. I do wish there was an outdoor pool because the one indoors was so small but otherwise it was absolutely perfect.

Hotel and room were clean! Walls could have used some updated painting. Lots of missing paint, chips, things ripped off and missing. Our microwave did not work but not the worst thing in the world. Overall, a nice place to stay. Always smelled like "Christmas" to me in the hallways...LOL.... Clean and staff was pleasant!

The one thing that disappointed me was that they did not make the bed daily. The beach view was great and the parking area was convenient.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The room was extremely dirty, the bathroom was filthy and covered with mold, and the bedsheets were dirty. For the extremely high price we paid, the condition of the hotel was completely unacceptable. The customer service was even worse. The staff were incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. They couldn’t even provide basic assistance or properly explain where to get a luggage cart or how we were supposed to bring our belongings inside. Instead of helping us, they treated us with an extremely rude and arrogant attitude. We paid a lot of money and expected at least a clean room and decent customer service. Unfortunately, we got neither. Save your money and stay somewhere else. This hotel is absolutely not worth the price. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Our side view was great and the room was clean and surprisingly slightly updated. We loved being on 10th. It’s like the perfect spot. The only downside is that they do not have an outdoor pool and the indoor one is small. The bathrooms by the indoor pool were really really disgusting, they could use a top to bottom scrub. We would stay again. Heads up, Hammerheads is the restaurant under the hotel…overpriced for the quality of food. Go elsewhere.

Paid $40 to park my car. I found a note on it saying it was illegally parked in the hotel’s lot and would be towed. The parking pass was hanging from my rear view mirror. The desk clerk said it was parked where it was suppose to be. The manager refused to speak to me and stayed in his/her office. I paid $1600 for a 4 night stay. The hotel is very outdated and over due for a remodeling. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
