Ms. Melanie at the front desk truly is the sweetest lady. Her warm welcome and her knowledge of the restaurant specials made us feel right at home. When we entered our room, I noticed it was surprisingly warm. Thinking little of it, we headed out to stroll the boardwalk. Upon returning, I saw the thermostat was set to 75, and we also discovered that the bathroom door wouldn't close. I immediately returned to the front desk to share my concerns with Ms. Melanie. Two maintenance workers were nearby; one quickly met me at the room. After checking the thermostat and inspecting the breaker, he worked to cool the room down. However, by 8 p.m., it was uncomfortably warm again. I called the front desk, provided my room number, and explained the issue. Without hesitation, they switched me to a new room—no endless questions, just genuine care. That’s the kind of customer service that keeps me coming back! I’ll definitely choose this hotel whenever I'm in Ocean City. Kudos to Russ and everyone who helped us on 8/20 for their exceptional service!

I didn't like that it took me an hour and a half to get my room when check in was supposed to be at 4pm. No apologies or compensation of any kind was offered either

Overall, I had a nice stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, the location was convenient, and the hotel itself had a lot of potential. However, I do think the cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and there were some areas that looked like they needed a little more attention. The maintenance throughout the hotel could also use some work, as there were several things that appeared worn or in need of repair. It was still a decent stay, but with a little more attention to housekeeping and regular maintenance, this hotel could be a much better experience for its guests.

Great stay but the bathroom floor was kind of sandy and the balcony door lock was broken and not uaable.

They charge you $15 a day to park. Very limited spaces, so you were afraid of losing your spot, if you went out for dinner. The pool was small and dirty. The sun deck needed some kind of flooring, glue or old adhesive was left.

Tv remote was sticky and gross and the patio door leading to the balcony had a broken lock. Front desk employee was nice and over all nice place to stay especially location .

Great location on the boardwalk. Now for the not so good. The pool was gross, super cloudy. You could tell it wasnt taken care of. Parking is ridiculously hard to come by. Even in the overflow lot. The staff was so so. Not a huge fan overall. Someone tried to charge us for an extra spot we were promised was included the night prior. Then upon check out, an older woman who worked the front desk told us that people take the luggage carts the night prior and keep them in the room to use when they check out the following morning. This put a negative attitude in our heads thinking it was the truth. Why allow it? Then there is the room and amenities. Our sliding door would not fully close, due to a portable ac hose going out. The electric was a joke. We would flip a switch and the TV would turn on to static. The one light in the living area sparked when we turned it on. It left black marks on my fiancés hand. The hallways were ridiculously hot. But hey they were painting the walls. Guess thats more important to fixing electrical issues. Our toilets and sinks were constantly clogged. We couldnt get fresh towels even though we stayed 3 nights. Oh and dont plan on taking the elevators. They are sooooo slow. So did we hate it here? No. Will we stay here again? Also no.

The view from our balcony was spectacular. Just wish they would maybe put screens in door so ubcan hear the ocean waves at night . And the coffee would be ready a little earlier . All and all it was a great stay !

Very pleased with my stay . The room was absolutely spotless . Brie did an amazing job cleaning the room. My first night the air conditioner was not working. I mentioned this to the front desk woman and within 10 minutes maintenance was in the room and had it fixed. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is dated. Needs renovation. Our room was not fully cleaned when we arrived. Found items from previous guest still in room. Patio door had a huge gap where a lock should have been. Flys were getting in. That being said….location was incredible. Staff was friendly.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Very dog friendly and the rooms are big. Carpets in checkin and elevator are dirty. The pool area is gross. That all needs to be done over. The beds were comfortable. Would I revisit the hotel? No. Location was good.

Pet-friendly hotel; good access to the beach. limited parking spots; we got two rooms for the family, and it was expensive for the stay (Aug 12-15), and no breakfast. Bar sink faucet leaked big time. Phone outdated and constantly blinks red - ended up unplugging it as suggested by the front desk person. yes, staff not very helpful. THe elevator carpet is in desperate need of replacement,
