Holiday Inn & Suites Ocean City by IHG

When we first arrived, the toilet was running and not working correctly and our refrigerator wasnt working. The staff replaced our refrigerator and fixed the toilet within minutes of us mak8ng them aware. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed having the ocean view every morning! The restaurant needs some work so I would not suggest that but our stay was wonderful!

The only complaint that I had was, we had a partially obstructed view from our balcony due to being on the second floor over the main entrance we had asked for another room and we were accommodated as soon as a room was available and it was outstanding. The staff was excellent. The hotel was fantastic. Would highly recommended to anyone.

Convenient locations near the boardwalk and beach access.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was immaculate, loved the full size refrigerator and freezer and the room was spacious. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower. It was very low. The pools were good and the food by the pool and at the restaurant were also good. I would definitely go back.

The room had some issues, one of the three shower heads was cold. The shower leaked a good bit. Things didn’t feel super clean, but were sanitary enough. The view was brilliant, boardwalk access was a must . We got an early check in and late checkout it was wonderful. Highly recommend for families.

Best place to stay in OC if you have a family its worth the extra cost

Really can’t ask for much more. It’s on the boardwalk , on the beach , has three pool options , private parking and staff was friendly. Some parts seem to be aging but are being maintained well. No luxury here but 5 stars for necessities.

It’s a large, busy property, but we were really impressed with how clean and well maintained everything was. Even during the busiest beach and pool times, we saw employees squeegeeing the tile floors near the elevators and keeping up with the constant traffic. It never felt messy or neglected despite how many people were coming and going. Between the location, beach access, pool and how well the property was maintained, it was a great choice for our family vacation. We had such a good time and were genuinely sad to leave. We would absolutely stay here again!

not thrilled with the lack of cooking items in the room despite a full kitchen. I also was not pleased with the with the automatic 20% tip added to my tab when I ordered throwing the waitress and forgot to close out my tab at the end of the day. Something they don’t tell you…but they do. I also have some other erroneous charges I am waiting for explanations on. Watch your statements people.

Great hotel, well located with spacious rooms.

The Stay was great! We loved the room and the staff was nice! The only thing we were not happy about was when we checked out they charged me $30 for parking my car. I think that’s ridiculous considering our room was $700 per night. For this reason I probably will not return to Hilton!

The hotel has a great location on the boardwalk. The kids pool was amazing and a highlight of our trip. Room was spacious and well maintained. The property was very clean. Close drive to many activities and restaurants.

Great stay for the kids. Has everything you need and rooms also have full kitchens. Beautiful ocean views. Could start to use a little updating.

It was ok Paying $10 for parking per day for the amount I paid for the room I feel like parking should've been free very upset that I spent 30 extra dollars to park my car at their facility
