Everything was very very very very very very very very very fabulous it was a little pricey but it was still good

Great location, amenities, staff, and rooms. Stayed in newer building one block behind the beach and the rooms were really nice and pool was quiet. Breakfast included was a great perk and the selection was always plentiful and delicious. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Everything was wonderful but unfortunately the room was dirty. The sheets had brown stains and it seemed like they tried to hide it by tucking it under the bed.. The floor was definitely not sweep or mopped.. otherwise everything else was awesome! Thank you

Room was very clean … bathroom was nice size .. they have an Indoor and outdoor pool … I stayed on Oceanside.. check in staff was nice .. continental breakfast was good .. I would stay again

Stay was very accommodating, and breakfast very good. Location of hotel very good location on the broadwalk.

My wife and I booked a room to enjoy a few days at Ocean City, Maryland. The rooms and hallways were not vacuumed and cleaned. My room had a leak from a thawing freezer and it took multiple calls to get someone to help. Our rooms were in the annex building and this was not mentioned when we booked the room. Parking was full and the additional parking lot away from the hotel had a signage that was faded and hard to locate. Breakfast items,especially the scrambled eggs were horrible. The staff other than the supervisor I initially spoke to were apathetic at best. The worst Hyatt we have stayed at.

Excellent service

Many times facilities are excellent. But the bed was the best comfortable night of sleep away from home I have experienced in quite awhile. Also check in and check out was a breeze. Very nice staff!

Room was on lobby floor and just above a restaurant. At time of booking I assumed it would be a room with the railings on the balcony oceanfront. That’s what I paid for but was told there were no rooms available except on the lobby floor. Room was extremely dirty and dusty. Carpet in front of the bed had blood drops and standing water on balcony with no railings but half blocked. Pillow cases were dirty and wrinkled. I asked for another room but was told there none so I was forced to stay in that filthy room. I asked for someone to change the pillow cases and clean the mirror which was pasted with dirt.

We stated for five nights. It was clean the first day… after that it was purely ridiculous. Not cleaned for three days. It was so obviously unkept. Beds unmade, floors unswept, and don’t even get me started on the bathrooms. Unwell managed in terms of cleanliness. I’m not used to such terrible service when it comes to house keeping. I was disappointed to the say least. Not to mention it was only cleaned after we went to the front desk to complain. Unacceptable hotel behavior.

Hotel room had bugs, in the bathroom & refrigerator. Elevators were slow & 1 malfunctioned.

It was at the beach with lots of restaurants and things to do around it. It the halfway point t to the rides

The food was good. The rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful. Everybody was pleasant and willing to help if you asked, can’t wait to go again next year thank you.

First room check in was nasty dead flies on bed horrible smelled like mold second room cleaner but very dusty I had to go dollar tree buy wipes and clean myself

We stood for one night and the room was bigger than we expected and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was a plus.

Very clean for a pet friendly place. Food was excellent and the staff was fabulous to deal with. Only issue is the pillows were a little bit too soft.

Very friendly & attentive staff (with the exception of one staff member). Great pool bar!
