The place was family friendly found stains on the mattress covers. And the beds are horrible, u can hear the people above you and the people walking or running on the porch. The couch look like it was found at a dumpster. We used the extra sheet to cover the couch so out 1 year old baby won't be playing on the bare dirty looking couch. No blankets or working ice machines.bwe stayed in room 2415 carolina and the dead bolt on the door still allowed u to open the door which was a issue with a 1 year old who touches everything so we had to us the chain lock which we still had to place the table there to secure the door from the inside. The pool was fun need a little sweep around. But u see the house keeper trying. Need to upgrade amenities.

The bar/ snack bar in the inside pool needs the appliances fixed or replaced. The lady behind the counter was very nice , pleasant and accommodating. She was working very hard to satisfy us because our order was taking very long and never got done. Our money was refunded. There was a lot of weed being smoked. Constantly the odor would come into our room. The odor was all around us. You could smell it coming out of the cars driving by. It was horrible. Not the medical marijuana, it was the skunk smelling kind. Very disappointed in the motel.

The property is a little dated but great for families.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here! The property was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family. It was a great place for us to relax and spend time together. We especially appreciated that it was family-friendly and accommodating for our group. Parking was convenient, and the overall location worked well for everything we wanted to do. The property matched our expectations and helped make our trip and my mom’s 70th birthday celebration even more special. We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable place to stay.

0/10 - would never stay here again. We arrived and the room the filthy. The kids pool area smelt like vomit. We spent one night in the room, to wake up the next morning and find bed bugs. I went to the office first thing in the morning to let them know. They were unapologetic and this seemed to be a normal occurrence for them. I told them we were leaving the resort. I had asked for a refund on the one night since we decided to relocate. They said no. Staff was not nice or helpful. Do not recommend

The room was updated with paint carpets, the bed was good but the tub could be upgraded. The pool, spa around it was clean. Miniature golf could be bigger if designed better. There is a lot of land that could be use up.The indoor pool needs some more excitement. Volleyball in the pool wasn’t even used so I thought something like enclosed tube slide might be nice. PJ pizza had good food but the servers were terrible. Didn’t go back .The small restaurant on the left side of the resort had excellent food and most of the servers we dealt with were great. Nice movies and popcorn free. Arcades, air hockey tables and amusement games were extra but well kept. The shuttle into Ocean City was free but we didn’t use it.The staff was always there and willing to help, even the cleaning staff.

It was a great trip for my second time visiting now they have some of the renovated areas so it was great. I love the Ohio and Florida rooms are great.

Property and amenities are fantastic. Everything you need in one place and a very quick ride to Boardwalk. Great location!

Have been coming every year since 2015. We wouldn't stay any place else. 5 minutes from Boardwalk. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, mini golf, volleyball, basketball, arcade and game room. Must stay!

It was awesome! Kid friendly. And very convenient to all attractions. The shuttle was such a convenience. I’ll be staying here again.

We loved that everything was close an convenient. My kids loved the pools and we as adults enjoyed the hot tubs, though the jets at the indoor tub didnt work properly. On our morning of checkout we decided to take a walk to the arcade to spend whatever we had left on our game cards, we returned to our room only to find an employee standing in it claiming she thought we left already. We booked a kitchenette room specifically to save money by cooking in the room, by the end of the first night I realized the groceries we had bought would be useless, since none of the burners on the stove got hot enough to really cook anything evenly and safely. Finally, when I asked for 2 different style carribean drinks at the "carribean" pirate ship bar i was ridiculed by the bartender in front of my child since we were in Maryland and my expectations

The grill was a plus although restaurants near by were cost effective . Staff at check in was nice , we were 3 separate bookings and they put us near by at last request. The cleaning needs improvement , the floor had seeds from previous guests , towers smelled weird and the conditioner bottle was half used and dirty marks on it . Although was a great experience and recommend for families with small kids .

The staff were awesome. They upgraded us because of some issue with somebody else’s stay, but they upgraded us to one of the cottages and which was OK. The cottage really needed to be updated. There was a pretty musty smell in there most of the time we were there which was only a day or two. The dining room table was not up to par seem dirty sticky just seem to need meaning the whole place updating and gone through major cleaning to get that musty smell out and the beds were not that comfortable under the beds were dirty, even behind the dressers!

Everything was great! I will be back again

I loved it here I plan on going again and again and again everyone was very polite and helpful it was no need to leave the resort everything was there from a bar to a restaurant to gift shop and a movie room indoor and outdoor pools. Great little inexpensive family getaway

Only six minutes to the boardwalk and they will give you discounts if your a guest there for special activities. I booked the one that had the kitchenette. The only thing was the stove and oven didn’t work right but maintenance came right away to fix that. Great fun place!!!

The AC was leaking water, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. Overall, the room was uncomfortable and not well maintained. For the price, I expected much better. I would not recommend this hotel.
