We were supposed to stay there from Thursday check out on Sunday, when we got there Thursday at 6:20pm we checked in immediately grabbed our stuff and checked out at 6:30pm. The room was disgusting and looked like it was falling apart. We asked for a refund they said it was through a third-party so we called the third-party. They sent an email to management and they only refunded us two out of the three days.

When we first arrived, we were told that rooms were not ready even though I had paid for the previous night as well, knowing that I would be arriving early morning and wanted to ensure I had a place to sleep. after that got resolved, we went to our room to find out the door was just propped opened. Not really a big deal but the walk to our room. The whole place has a Bates Motel vibe. We immediately went to sleep because we were exhausted and when we woke up, we were ready to get a shower and start our day. But we woke up to find the entire place was having water issues. A.k.a. we went the next seven hours without water.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The property looked NOTHING like the pictures. There was no proper lobby area, their "lobby" was in an motel room. The door to the room was open when we got there, all the furniture was filthy, the door looked like it has been kicked in, not to mention it wasn't even the room I booked for. We did not even stay, we left as soon as we saw the room. It just felt so unsafe.

Broken desk, no tv remote and you could only hear not see picture. No toilet paper. Hallway dirty. Slider broken. Didn’t feel safe

Upon arrival, they didn't have the room we reserved. We reserved a king size bed, and they put us in a room with 2 twins. The room was 'decently' clean, but the bed sheets were stained, wrinkled and poorly made. There was a nearly empty toilet paper roll, and when we requesting more toilet paper, was told 'housekeeping was mad at lobby clerk, so he had no access to rolls.' And throughout the entire stay, we never received any, (had to buy our own) despite multiple follow ups. The 'on site laundry' is not accessible to guests. We talked with the one housekeeper, who gave us a few extra towels, and they were stained. We were there for 10 days, with a single bar of soap, no toilet paper, in poor lighting. Additionally, the cabinet door in the kitchenette feel off for no reason and there the 2 light fixtures that had none-functioning bulbs were never fixed. (bathroom and office lamp). We were told "there's no maintenance person on site at the time." Lastly, in the hall near room 201 was the low battery chirp of a smoke detector that never got fixed.

Dog poo all in the grass going to your can. The staff at front were accommodating but property needs alot of work. Asked for kitchenette nothing to cook on so brought my electric fry pan n it tripped the breaker lol.

The TV wasn't working and the toilet didn't feel secure it wasn't stable

Our first room, we walked in and the TV was laying on the dresser. The appliances were all turned off and the only way to plug them back in would have been to pull them out from the wall. We switched rooms easily enough however the 2nd room wasn't going to work either because the fire alarm battery needed replacing. It keep beeping every couple of minutes. And the AC wasn't working properly which is a deal breaker in the Florida summer heat. We gave it one last try and switched rooms again. This time the sliding glass door (bottom floor unit) wouldn't lock. To top it off there was a HUGE spider in the hallway. We got our money back and went home. Thankfully we only lived an hour and a half away. This was supposed to be a little get away for my husband and I.

Payton was nice and so was the rest of the gentleman that worked at the Lobby but, they provide you with toilet paper initially and then if you need more, you’re out of luck. I went to ask for it around 7pm and the guy at the lobby told me they don’t have a key and there was really nothing he could do. Then in the AM, I went to the lobby again to ask and they guy took my room number down but no one ever came. Needless to say, I had to go and buy. There was also roaches in the room which throw me off. Wasn’t a terrible stay, but I sure won’t be staying there again.

My ac was drop water in room 137 other then that every was good

During the 7 days I was there we had working water 2 & it was either ice cold or peel your skin off the bone hot . Storm surge took out the tv the first night and couldn’t get maintenance to tend to that ! They have a “bouncer” with an ankle monitor on kicking people out at 11 am sharp if you hadn’t paid but they would allow late payment. If you want a quit trip to the Bronx NY stay a night or 2 the pool is 24/7
