Great service

The room was dirty, staff wouldn't help with booking issue, ice machine didn't work and no staff at desk in am to check out.

The staff is great

Overall, the room was very dirty and smelled terrible; the sheets were dirty, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and worst of all, they have a serious cockroach problem.

No towels of any kind in room, only 2 SMALL pillows for a king size bed, only one ice machine for entire property and it didn't work and with no refrigerator in the room, ice would have been nice to have, a bag of trash sat outside out room during the entire stay, floors were nasty like that hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Would not stay here again.

Staff was extremely rude to not only me but my expedia assistant I was on the phone with. Extremely unprofessional will never return and give motel 6 a bad impression other motels around the same area are more recommended.

This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had at a hotel the first room they sent us to had not been cleaned. The sheets were piled on the bed. It took them four tries before we got a clean room, and even then the sheets had stains on them. There were dead bugs on the sink counter. There was no kind of shampoo, conditioners, or soaps. There were only two towels of any kind. The door looked like it had been busted in and was all cracked and falling apart the paint was peeling. There were no top blankets on either bed. There was only sheets and that’s after we had to wait 30 minutes for a staff member to show up to even check us in if I could get my money back for this I would ask for it. It was absolutely terrible.

To make matters worse, the **water was also shut off for several hours**, leaving guests without access to a basic necessity that should be expected from any operating hotel\. I understand that occasional maintenance issues can happen, but the combination of an apparent pest infestation and being without running water for hours goes far beyond a minor inconvenience\. These conditions raise serious concerns regarding **cleanliness, sanitation, maintenance, and overall property management**\. I paid for a clean, sanitary room with functioning basic utilities, and that is not what I received\. Based on what I personally witnessed and documented, I cannot recommend this property\. Management and corporate leadership should take these complaints seriously and address the underlying issues rather than allowing paying guests to experience conditions like these\. I have retained the videos and other documentation from my stay should verification of these conditions be necessary.

THIS MOTEL IS BASICALLY A TRAP HOUSE! I left after 2 hours because I refused to stay there after dark. Sketchy people every where and it felt more like a transient or permanent place for them, than a regular weekend stay. I had to cancel all my bookings and I left running out of that place. I am a female and I was staying with my dog. I do not recomemend, you will be paranoid the whole time. Stay elsewhere! Pay the money! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Didn't get the amenities I was supposed too for the price I paid.

Parking was convenient

The internet really dont work, that really made it a bad experience. My room door doesn't shut all the way and i can hear everything. Its right by a busy highway and interstate, so people are not able to hear me neither. The room have next to no light, so it always dim even in the bathroom. I got the deluxe suite #135, its very big, and look modern. But it have next to no furniture in it, so it looks empty. The deluxe does not have a kitchen just a small microwave, mini fridge, and wobbly table. Also this place is in the ghetto and a lot of activities take place at night, especially on weekends. My room was in the front on the bottom floor by the lobby, i heard everything.

No shampoo or body wash. No hairdryer

Room was really clean, staff was very nice, plenty of parking available I was able to park right in front of my room. Honestly no complaints.

So nice and quiet great hotel for the price it was amazing will definitely stay here again if need be we're going to stay one night but then we wound up staying two nights it was just such a nice getaway from life for two days

Wasn’t so much the property it was the front desk help. There hands are tied to increase or decrease your stay you have to call a special number and when I did I was on hold for one and a half hours and still had to hang up and start from the beginning. You can see not talk to AI and they don’t understand what you’re looking for. When I finally had a chance to talk to a real person they had to transfer me “AGAIN “ to AI still did not resolve my problem. My son was standing in the lobby for over two hours because the front desk staff could not do anything and we were right in the he middle of a funeral when I was trying to talk to someone, had to leave the funeral and that did NOT help with the greaving family members. So had to rebook my sons stay because they had the reservation date all wrong, they had it for August not July. I could go on but in all honesty I think I should have some compensation for the grief my son and me and my family at such a trying time.
