Tous les employés sont très sympathiques. Lors de notre arrivée, la responsable des chambres nous a croisé dans le corridor et elle trouvait que nous étiez des gens de grandes tailles et nous a offert gracieusement des chambres plus grandes afin d’améliorer notre séjour. Les produits de bain sont de marque Dove, je n’utilise habituellement pas ceux des hôtels mais ceux-ci étaient très bien. Les dames qui s’occupent du déjeuner travaillent de façon très rapide et efficace, elles s’assurent qu’il ne manque jamais de rien et nettoient les tables pour les clients afin que ce soit toujours propre. Le déjeuner est excellent et l’hôtel offre 24/24 du café au lobby ainsi qu’un distributeur d’eau froide et chaude au lobby. Le seul point négatif qui s’applique à tous les hôtels et à la ville, est que nous entendons le bruit extérieur… mais c’est ça NY et le NJ.

Mais le prix est en conséquence et inclut le déjeuner buffet de base mais amplement satisfaisant. Le personnel très très sympathique et attentionné. Ça a été ma 3iem visite en 4ans (avant sous un autre nom) et j'y retournerai.

We thought the parking was excellent a lot of parking spaces .The coffee and eggs were excellent!They had a good variety for a healthy breakfast. We thought the room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s a cheap place to stay if you have no other choice. It’s a outdated hotel but the rooms are ok, no carpet which is a plus but bathroom cleanliness was questionable. I would bring your own towels if possible. Halls smelled old and mildewy. If you can spring for a nicer hotel I would. Staff was kind though. The whole area seemed sketch but it’s ok.

Staff were very friendly. My only complaint was that our key didn’t work on our door when we went back upstairs after getting breakfast on checkout day. Had to go back to the desk to get it fixed. The wait for the elevator on checkout day was also tough as they were jam packed with the cleaning staff going floor to floor.

Nice staf . Good Facilities. Good budget hotel with good facilities. Nothjing to do with the hotel , its just if you are planning to visiti to NYC then consider 30 min taxi/uber/drive and assoicated fees.

The only issue we had was that the ac is set to turn off even on the continuous setting. I get extremely overheated very easily and would wake up because the AC shut itself off.

Exceptional

I was initially worried; it was the first time I booked a hotel, and I wasn't sure if I was making the right choice, despite how generous the pricing was. But upon getting to the property, it was like a weight was lifted on my shoulders, with how much relief I felt. A comfy bed, a cute little private bathroom, many drawers and a nicely sized TV. While there wasn't a closet, there was a nice ironing board and iron. The room small but comfortable enough. Me and my girlfriend enjoyed ourselves.
