Best Western Premier NYC Gateway Hotel

J’ai été à cet hôtel il y a 10 ans et j’étais de retour cette année encore une expérience parfaite le petit autobus JNT qui nous amène à port authority pour 4$ us est vraiment utile . Hotel calme et parfait pour le repos apres l’action constante de Manhattan .

Good hotel that is close to NYC. Comfortable beds and convenient shuttle service to the city.

Clean room.

Clean room, no nonsense. Water pressure was great. If you’re planning to check out breakfast, make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before it ends. We tried to check what was left 10 minutes before time, but unfortunately, it was already packed up.

Rooms were ok king bed was comfy, loved the shower at 9th floor , parking is indoor which is good. Buses/ shuttles are a climb uphill so might be an issue for older clients. Paid breakfast is hot and just cooked, though there's only 2 options which is combo omelette or combo scrambled eggs.

I loved the stay. The young man at the reception was very attentive and kind. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The mattress was good, and it was very quiet.

Was a short walk to bus stop to take you into Manhattan. Nothing about hotel/property. Just that if u r relying on buses to get u in and out of city from here it can be a pain. We had to get an uber back from manhattan one evening as waited over an hr queuing for a bus that didn’t come.

The front desk person at check in was welcoming and friendly In the rain you had to get out of the car to access tge parking garage

Quiet and safe. Comfortable temperature in room and cozy bedding.

This hotel is well maintained. The room is spacious and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The front desk staff are very helpful. Parking is very convenient with a gated garage. Only complaint is the carpet in the hallway are very old. But generally it is a very nice hotel to stay with. I haven’t got any idea if they serve breakfast at all the front desk staff didn’t mention it.

The staff was great, room was cleaned daily. When we requested items, such as towels they brought them right away. During our stay there was road work being done and it was a bit noisy since we had our 18 month old it did disturb us a little. But it was only one day, the rest of our days we all had great sleep. Would definitely stay here again
