clean room

The room was clean, the bed was good, the AC was good, the shower was good, the staff was very friendly and the location is fantastic. Yes, it's all concrete floors but I didn't find it too inconvenient. Also, as others have mentioned, the blinds don't cover the windows completely, so be cautious of that. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!

Very quick and easy check in and check out and the staff was amazing !

The washroom hair dryer is not attached to the wall completely The washroom tap can not close tight and we can hear the water dripping all night But the location is great ,

I was a little disappointed because our checking was at 3pm but when we got there, it was way after 3 and we had to wait until the room is ready and when we got in the room almost after 15 minutes, the floor was wet and slippery that I almost fell. The cabinets door over the sink and counter was broken. You could hear everything people were saying, so loud in the hallway and outside. The room floor was cold cement. It was only an overnight trip so there you have it.

The staff was awesome and very understanding, I loved the brick wall in the room. and I loved the fact that there was no carpet, I would certainly stay there again, the location was perfect.

Cool room, loved the bathroom and fridge/microwave as well. Only downside, well, my room... had a 20° lean to one side.. still recommend 👌

Everything was great. Just a lot of noise outside the building so it made it a little difficult to fall asleep. Other than that, great experience and very nice room.
-
It was conveniently located in the city. Close to all trains and places to eat. The ac worked wonderfully and there was a shared balcony with a lame view, but you could smoke. The bathroom smelt bad. The bed was not that comfortable. The sink in the kitchenette was dirty with dried leftovers from the last stay.

Place is great. Old industrial building converted. Room was giant. Staff was kind. Great value for the money

We were moved from out first room due to a fire alarm issue, and on the morning of our second day the whole building fire alarm went off (the staff said it was a false alarm). Room furnishing was very sparse (only one chair) and the hairdryer in the bathroom was poorly attached to the wall, and fell off on our last day. It was a budget hotel, so we got what we paid for, but there's a limit to that.
-
I would definitely recommend confirming the room type and location directly with the hotel before booking through Expedia, especially if the room view or floor matters to you.

It’s a basic yet very functional hotel in lower Manhattan, abd reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The hotel isn’t fancy, but for budget travelers it’s the best deal in Manhattan I’ve ever had.

hard floors and staff was horrible

Wonderful staff, room and experience. The balcony, tv, bed and ac all worked wonderfully. House keeping on a daily and overall an excellent experience. I would definitely come back if we are in the area again. Worth the money. In regard to the concrete floors, the hotel offers slippers so that was very useful and helpful. Thank you for the experience and having us.
