Over all the stay was nice
-
We love the Iroquois . Thoughtful , well designed rooms , excellent included breakfast , great location , friendly helpful staff, well priced .
-
The breakfast is not good at all. If you are staying because breakfast is included do not bother. I used to enjoy staying here for the breakfast now it is awful. The service is slow and the food choices for what is included in your stay is sub par. Apparently they changed the breakfast and dining experience a few months ago and now it is below average. They should re-evaluate what was working and what they are doing now. Listen to the guest feedback and make the necessary adjustments soon. We will probably not be staying there again in the future.

Clean room and helpful staff but barely any amenities inside the room.

Good location Nice free breakfast

Arrived at 12:30 and no room yet. Said they would text when ready. Went back at 3:00 and had to find a room.

I loved the vibe of the hotel! My only complaint would be that the bathroom was wayyy too small! You could barely get in and close the door, but I would still book again, just opt for bigger space. Everyday I had fresh towels and a clean room. Loved that breakfast was not an open buffet but service at a table.

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast offerings, always helpful staff. We have stayed here multiple times and have not been disappointed.
-
Really good location, clean, maintained, well-staffed. Some thoughtful comforts were left out but nothing huge. Comfy bed, quiet rooms. Restaurant is really good. I would def stay there again.

A great find in mid-town, away from the tourists on Times Square and within walking distance of most of the sights of Manhattan. Room was a very decent size, especially by New York standards, and the hotel team was charming -- a special shout out to Brice on the front desk.
-
Really great stay at the Iroquois! The staff were professional and friendly, and the breakfast was also amazing! The rooms are nicely maintained and the location is just perfect - not too far from all the action but still very quiet at night.
-
Older hotel with classic "old school" decor. Good location near times square. Received welcome bottle of wine (1/2 bottle) and some welcome snacks as well as breakfast included. Beware of the facility fee however. $48 which negated the free breakfast perk. Bed was comfortable. Room was a bit on the small side, though.

Everything was perfect! The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The staff was great. My room was very nice and quiet… It’s a really nice boutique hotel… Obviously not a five star hotel like the Pierre or something but Excellent value I’ll definitely stay there again.
-
I loved the traditional new york feel. Staff was great and everything was comfortable.

We paid a little extra for a view of the Chrysler Building. Unfortunately, this meant a room just steps away from the elevator, which made sounds throughout the night and early morning. We reported a rattling noise with the pipes in the bathroom (something else that interrupted sleep). The staff let us know that someone would look into it but the issue was not resolved during our stay. There was no Internet access for several days. I doubt there's anything the hotel could have done but the problem was also not acknowledged.
