The staff were also so welcoming and helpful, which made our stay even better. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing hotel experience. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip!

Very clean

The room was clean and comfortable. My stay included more than I was expecting and was in a great location. I would recommend this to friends and family for sure.

We loved the hotel. It’s right in between 5th ave and Times Square! The only issue I have is they ask for $250 deposit when you arrive and they only give back $150. I was charged $50/ day in fees which I feel should be included in the cost of the room. They didn’t say that when I gave my card.

The property was very clean with different restaurants including a rooftop. Guaranteed to return. I never made it to breakfast though because I needed the extra rest because of all the walking through the city and subways.

Everything! This hotel was pure magic. The warmest welcome and delicious watermelon margaritas on the rooftop ended the beautiful day. They held our bags as we attended a broadway matinee! We will return 🌻❤️
-
All of the staff were incredibly friendly and polite. A special mention goes to the hotel’s restaurants. The food and service were truly outstanding.
-
The perfect stay! From the staff to the location to the coffee and happy hour, a gem of a find!

Clean and cute. Great views

Great location at a good price. Loved the modern spaces and high ceilings. Good gym. Staff is great and friendly. Restaurants were all good. Loved the bed in the King Room. The only thing we did not like was the size of the room as it was very small and there was no drawers to put our clothes. Would get a larger room next time.
-
Room and bathroom were a bit small, suitable for one or two people, but just perfect for sleeping. The beds were comfortable.
-
Excellent stay! Room is very small but efficient enough for 2 on a short stay. 5 stars for location..cleanliness.. .customer service! Zero issues will visit again

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. We drove from NH to Union Station in New Haven, CT and took the Metro- North train to Grand Central Station, it took about 5 hrs. We walked from the train station with 2 wheeled suitcases and 2 small carry-on size bags. It was pretty quick and easy. Check in was quick and the staff was helpful and friendly. We walked around Rockafeller Center which is across the street. We came back to the hotel for the nightly reception where beer, wine and light snacks are served, this is included with your stay. Rooms are small as expected, but very clean, comfortable beds, nicely designed, view of the Empire State building from our window. The room was quiet! No outside street noise and no sounds from surrounding guest rooms, which was great! Dinner at Bar Rocco in the hotel was delicious. Good central location to be in the city. We would stay again. $600 for 2 nights including all fees, which was about $150 more than the total Hotels.com total cost, there were destination fees.

Loved it!

The pampered style treatment was home away from home! From the water bottle gift at check in , the free drinks in the room frig, the free happy hour and morning coffee was all top tier! We didn’t want to leave, but we had to!!

Amazing, Thank you!
-
Crowded. Lots of male staff dressed in dark suits monitoring your movements, but helping guests with luggage apparently not in their job description. Elevators went down for an hour.

Great vibes and location!
