Everything from check in to check out was excellent. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. I will definitely both recommend this property as well as potentially return to stay there again.

Black mold in the shower. When I brought it up they immediately cleaned it. But it should not have been there to begin with.

The rooms were clean and good size - esp for NYC. Housekeeping was great and they were able to accommodate my request for adjoining rooms. The elevator situation was terrible. To get to certain floors, you use designated elevators. There were many times that we waited on our floor for over 20 minutes for an elevator - only one car ever came and it was always full. We let the front desk know but what could they do?

I liked the security and cleanliness of property. Beds were comfortable especially pillows washrooms renovated. I didn't like fact there is no room service and wish there was more to do for the kids in terms of amenities, like games room, pool etc.

The breakfast was awesome as well and housekeeping did a great job keeping our room fresh.

Overall good property very close to Times Square. If only they Dan change the glasses to sound proof so that noise can be reduced a bit would be better. Overall good property.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable room size. The renovations since our last stay are terrific. Wish the kitchen stayed open past 9pm!
