Small rooms, but they served the purpose and had everything we needed. Would like to have either coffee in the room or free coffee down in the lobby. But, overall, I will be back because of the amenities they offer and the nice location near theater District and Times Square. Every employee there was very helpful and first rate.

I’ve stayed at a bunch of hotels in Time Square but this has become by new favorite. I love how modern everything is and everything is very comfortable and attractive. I will definitely be staying here more often!

From check-in to check-out, the staff made my stay truly enjoyable. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, and I genuinely enjoyed the conversations I had with the staff throughout my stay. The rooftop offered a fantastic view, and the lobby was warm and inviting—especially while we waited before heading to our flight. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would be happy to stay here again.

I always like hearing folks from around the world speaking different languages and enjoying their time in the City. The location works well for me.

The lobby had a great vibe and was a lovely place to relax. I especially loved the fact that guests had access to cold water and seltzer on tap at all times - such a thoughtful and convenient touch. The breakfast was basic but fresh and good value for money. I would have loved a bit more variety or for the selection to change from day to day, but overall, it was absolutely worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

My single complaint about the hotel has to do with their 'no cash' policy. I'm totally fine with that BUT if it's a cashless hotel, they should provide a QR code in each room that guests can use to tip housekeeping (I have seen this done at other hotels). Since there is no one in the hotel that carries cash and can provide change, it then becomes difficult for guests to tip housekeeping unless they reguarly travel with small bills. I actually made this same comment after leaving the CitizenM in Seattle (2 years ago). But outside of that, everything about the stay was perfect and I highly recommend it!

The location. The bathroom, because it’s all made of glass. The door just rests against the frame and doesn’t lock. Also, there’s a gap under the door, which means you don’t have much privacy if you need to use the bathroom while staying with your partner.

Everything is good about this hotel except to air conditioner. It kept the temperature in the morning and evening - however, the room got hot after midnight. I spoke to staff, they said they will look into that but noone got back to me and the second night was the same. I had exactly same experience with the air conditioner at my prior stay in this hotel so I don't think its one room problem. As a workaround it would be good if they had a thin blanket in the room as the only one they provided is very warm.
