Hudson Yards Hotel

Very convenient and nice hotel for the price. No issues. Must find parking elsewhere though.

Exceptional

I would give management a 1-star for not having any sort of customer service experience or safety knowledge for their guests. Aside from the glaring safety issue, the first room we were given was not thoroughly cleaned: dust lined the back panels of the bed and I found used eyelashes littered across. However, the AC was great and kept us cool at night for the days we did stay. It really is a no frills hotel, and its only perk is that it is close to the convention center, which averaged about a 7-minute walk.

After checked in and found out that the room size, layout and condition are quite different (worse) than the photos shown in ad.

Wide room Room Cleaness

Overall the stay was good but the building definitely needs updates as others said. The room was clean enough, no bugs or dust, and I felt comfortable enough to sleep there. The shower design is questionable, as the shower door doesn't adequately keep water in the actual shower and leaked water all over the bathroom. This wasn't an issue for me, but I felt bad that house keeping has to deal with it. The queen bed didn't really feel like a Queen but it was still enough room for 2 adults to sleep conformably. The bed and pillows were also comfortable. The AC did make noise but I didn't mindnlike others did. We were missing the remote to the TV but it was brought up right away after we asked for a replacement. The staff were really nice and helpful. I would stay there again.

The AC was great. The room is outdated and a little dark. Not many plugs to charge devices. The distance from the Javtis was perfect, 6-7 min walk. I will be back next year for AnimeNYC.

Perfect stay for Anime Con. Close to the Center but not right there, located next to a CVS and everything was in good order.

No breakfast was offered. The retreat area was pretty nice The room was nice The sink in the bathroom was clucked for the whole week.

The best location in manhattan, 10 mins walk to times square. Staff is very good. Hotel is very silence and relaxing. Only they check in at 1600 but if they can they call you at 1530 also. Only cards accepted for any transaction.

Its was clean and nice the people were awesome.. The TV and the toilet were backbup the came let and cortected it.

The smell of a moldy, dirty mop hit my nose the minute I walked into my room. I'm not sure if it was only the floors that smelled or the dirty filter from the window unit air-conditioning which I found very disturbing as I'm not sure it's secure -

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Well maintained place and close to nice restaurants. There was a nice coffee and breakfast cafe right in front of the hotel. The river walk is close by. Great location. Subway station nearby. Bathroom was large size and nice. No closet to hang clothes. Airconditioning was excellent and great view. Nice hallways with sitting areas.
