Hotel Boutique at Grand Central

Access to an hdmi port would be best, not everyone wants to stream off their phone.

Convenient, well kept , great location.

The staff were all very helpful! The room was compact, but had everything you needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I heard a dog bark in an adjacent room a couple of times, but for the most part the room was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed having coffee on the top floor.

Rooftop is amazing. Great for working/relaxing. Loved the water dispenser in every floor! Lobby is a bit small when it gets busy. Room is a bit dated.

Location is absolutely incredible acccess to all trains at Grand central and many cafes around. Beds are comfortable! They also have complimentary coffee and tea on the roof 27th floor. However, housekeeping is a nightmare, I normally don't want my room refresh on the first two nignts on the third night, I removed the sign on thr door so they can refrsh the room. The bathroom was not cleaned, bedsheets not changed but made. The AC in my room was leaking for what it seems like since I arrived(I hadn't gone to that side of the room and there's no way they refreshed the room without seeing the leak because the carpet was soaked and left my socks wet) they never reported the situation until I noticed it at around 8 almost 9pm. I called the front desk and Mark immediately moved me into another room on the same floor. I also lost my aura ring in the gym or my room; reported immediately the same day. The next day I went to speak to someone because I hadn't heard anything news, Elais called the housekeeping manager and she said they didn't see anything yet beside that time, no one reached out until I checked out today 8/26.

the room snd common parts are really well designed in appearance and functionality. The lounge on the 27th floor is lovely and has free hot beverages and cold still and sparkling water on tap. This was great but I am very fussy and didn’t like the coffee.

I LOVED my stay here! The staff were so nice, helpful and funny and the room was very comfortable. 10/10!!!

No one manage the laundry room . Some guest just dont take out the laundry after it’s done and there is no basket for the next guest to take it out . They should all learn from the hotel in China / Japan on how to manage the laundry room . It makes me keep waiting and waiting and still cannot wash.

The customer service was fine. However, the washer and dryer were not working and they could not get someone to fix it. It was really annoying and no one would help.

It was clean. It's nice that they provide refillable water bottles and water dispensers in each floor. They have washer and dryer that is useful. I like that their staff are also warm and welcoming and helpful.

The hotel's midtown location is perfect. I was able to get a refrigerator sent to my room for the week-long stay. Free use of the laundry machines with complimentary detergent was also a plus. Staff was very helpful. They could use more ice machines though, and you will often find yourself waiting a few minutes longer than average for the elevator to show up.

The service staff is wonderful and always willing to help with any request! I enjoyed my stay immensely!
