Fitzpatrick Grand Central

Hotel staff very friendly and professional. Suite was grand and enjoyable as well as spacious and clean. Hotel in a great location and accessible to public transportation and everything a city has to offer in terms of entertainment and events.

Asked for a quiet room and it was perfect. Kaitlyn was wonderful at check in and Natasha a fabulous bartender at the Irish pub next door. Perfect location and easy in and out. Will stay here again!

Food in Pub was very good. It was a bit too loud during Happy hour for me but great for younger people.

Older hotel with somewhat small standard rooms, no refrigerator or microwave there. But an exceptionally helpful professional staff, more of them staffing the front desk rhan you'd expect for a hotel this size, plus a terrific location, more than make up for that. Thus I'm a three time visitor, will, stay there again with enthusiasm.

Very friendly staff. Place was clean. Nice size room. Check on is at 3 we arrived early around 1 they let us check in and get a room. Check out at 12 is nice. Right across the street from Grand Central Station.

A little bit of aging; other than that everything was great.

The property was clean and comfortable. one of the switches in our room did not work. The rooms are old and could do with some upgrades. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness and location

Very beautiful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms with AC you can adjust, bathrooms have an incredible mirror with built in light and an anti-fog heater. A wide range of dishes are offered for breakfast, lunch, and dinner downstairs and as room service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location on a pretty quiet street just step away from Grand Central Station. Lots of food and dining and food options. Having a small refrigerator in the room would have been great amenity to have especially with the hot humid weather.

(such as coffee shops, where to buy a newspaper, nearest CVS or a Duane Reade, distance to/from theater district, etc. just basic traveler requests.). Grand Central Station is directly across the street from hotel so there is no excuse not to know an answer for basic requests.

Great location with decent size rooms for NYC but the property is dated. Carpets and bedding need updates but bathroom was fine.

Great location . Very convenient to broadway and other sites.

We love the location in walking distance of Grand Central Station for train and subway connections. A couple of favorite restaurants are nearby. The rooms need many more outlets to plug in electronics. Getting ice delivered to the room. The bar closed at 11 pm on a Friday night with no others close by.
