Close to Central Park, just a 7 minute walk! Staff recommended an awesome family owned restaurant which was in walking distance. If you needed info on transportation, etc they went above and beyond! This is our second stay at this hotel. Will be back again !

Great quaint boutique hotel on the Upper West side. Have stayed there five times and each time was a great experience.

Great location for NYC

Hotel is very pretty and clean

We stayed 5 nights at Hotel Belleclaire in late August and absolutely loved the location. The hotel is beautiful and our room was on the 7th floor and very comfortable and quiet. The bakery downstairs is great and we started each morning there for coffee and pastries, yogurt and breakfast sandwiches. The vouchers that the hotel provides were very much appreciated and used! The doorman helped us pivot on our last day when our flight got cancelled and we needed to get to the airport quickly to catch an earlier flight. All of the people at the front desk were kind and helpful when we had questions. The only thing that was an issue was daily housekeeping because they kept taking our towels and not replacing them all. We also ran out of Kleenex in the room that weren’t replaced and they took the little handsoap we were using and didn’t leave a new one. But, every time we called about it, they had someone at our room with replacements within 10 minutes. Overall, a nice hotel in a great, safe location with excellent restaurant choices nearby and the subway 2 blocks away. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hotel Belleclaire!

The rooms and bathroom were super clean and the staff felt like an old friend. Even though the free breakfast was not your typical meal it actually was very nice, their French pastries was perfection. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Love the staff there, all very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, on the smaller size, even a deluxe room. We frequent this hotel since it is walking distance from daughters university. We will be back soon!

Room was well appointed. It was great to be able to have coffee and breakfast everyday at the Mille Feuille, next door. Loved the great UWS location, close to both Riverside Park and Central Park. So many great restaurants nearby. Will be back.

Love this hotel, we use it every time we go. The only thing I’d change would be having a kettle and coffee in the room.

Front desk staff was very welcoming and bell cap were all helpful and knowledgeable about the best ride assistance available for certain times of day. The complementary bakery vouchers to the adjoining bakery were a pleasant touch. Also the free daily walking tours were wonderful. Thank you!!

Great hotel overall. Only downside: the room didn’t match the photos. Make sure to validate the floor and window position before booking.

Very polite & welcoming staff! It really does feel like it was a second home. The rooms & bathrooms are very clean, as well as the lobby & restroom bathrooms. The cafe within the hotel & the closeness to the station is also very convenient. Very much recommend!

Excellent location and staff!!

Clean but very small room, with luggage you have no space to move at all, if traveling with family choose a bigger hotel. Otherwise it was clean and the bakery was ok.

The staff were extremely friendly and the vouchers we got were really nice for the coffee shop downstairs. The rooms were really nice and the shower was amazing. Location was really good and walkable to a lot of restaurants and also really close to Central Park. Would recommend the swan if you’re looking to stay on Broadway. We didn’t plan this, but it’s proximity to the 1 2 and 3 subway lines was also really nice.
