Good location if you are going to the Madison Square Garden and near Penn station.

The bedroom needs some help. The bathtub didn’t drain and only half of the electric plugs worked

Breakfast absolutely horrendous I have pictures which show long queues and empty trays. The breakfast room was also in need of attention. I did complain about this but to no avail The hotel appears to be under renovation with scaffolding outside. Overall it was okay

Friendly staff clean room and close to everything. Love the body wash and lotion they supply! The only thing there was no eggs for breakfast but everything else was good. Love the fresh cookies as well! Whenever I come to the city I will stay there.

It is a typical old hotel with narrow rooms and hallways. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have the coffee-maker in the room. The bathroom had been modernized which was great. Best thing about it is the location. It was easy to get to the subway or walk to MSG and Times Square.

The house cleaners and patrons share elevators so elevator wait time can be incredibly long between people trying to work and people try to get to their room. The room itself was…. Fine. The AC was very loud. I’m an avid white noise user and livd on a busy downtown Baltimore street and the AC sound was disruptive. The fan in the bathroom was very loud. Everything is a little older which is fine, I wasn’t expecting pristine conditions by any means but it was kinda just too old for the price we pay. The shower was a complete joke, but at least they have accessibility in mind but good luck with any water pressure. The staff were pleasant and I’d never put down any hospitality workers. They work with what they have, and what they have is an older building owned by a company that won’t invest in the comfort of its patrons and to make their employee’s lives and jobs easier. Keep in mind: no mini fridges, no microwave in unit so don’t bother with (safe) leftovers.

Exceptional

Location is EXCELLENT!! Just steps from penn station, lots of places to eat around, rooms were clean, and good breakfast. Room is small but expected for NYC. Beds were comfortable.

Everything are excellent, except the breakfast are very poor. Their breakfast time is from 6:00 am to 10:00 am , but no more foods at 7:00 am. lot of guests are complaining.

My major issue was the plumbing in our bathroom, the toilet wasn’t flushing and we had to call front desk a # of times. They did come up right away to try and fix but it wasn’t working so we couldn’t use the toilet properly during our stay and couldn’t move rooms as they were all booked. Other issue was their AC control, it was weird and didn’t maintain desired temperature. With the room being so small, if the sound of AC bothers you, you won’t like it. But overall, the location was perfect and staff was friendly and helpful so it made for a good stay minus the toilet issue. Breakfast was ok, typical fast food, low end hotel breakfast but a good perk to grab something before you head out.

-
Great location, friendly staff and confortable room Lack of space in common areas, breakfast area turn chaotic between 8 and 9, would add some fruit options to the breakfast as well. The room could have had more light and clothing storage
-
Staff was great. Quick check in. Location is perfect for what we had planned.
-
Everything. You charge me for two bottles of water. If it wasn't complimentary why position it in the room. I could easily buy water from the store.
-
The staff was very helpful w any request. The workout area was beyond unacceptable and the breakfast was usually with guests waiting for nearly everything to be brought out from the kitchen.
