Very clean room and staff was great.

The staff was nice. The room was small but comfortable. The location was very convenient. The ice machine was not conveniently located. The room was clean. The hotel was very busy but the room was quiet.

This was a great location near Broadway, Central Park, cruise terminal, subway, and many great restaurants.

Very disappointed in the hotel. It is badly designed - the common parts are cheap and tacky. The rooms are small, have inadequate lighting, a shower that floods the bathroom, only one chair, insufficient storage and I would not class it as 4 star and it is overpriced. The internet crashed for 5 hours. The bar was empty and the eating area is like a school canteen. I did not complain whilst I was there as I was very busy and because my wife was taken ill which was very upsetting. I should have done.

Great location, Great staff

At that time, it was promised by the manager that my stay for Friday would be fully refunded. To date, only a partial refund has been issued. My attempts to resolve this discrepancy over the phone have yielded zero answers, and I was recently left on hold for over an hour.

The rooms are very small and cramped. House cleaning was late on one day and wasn't done in the 2nd day. Location is good.

My partner and I were extremely disappointed with our stay. We experienced several big bites during our visit, which made us very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness and condition of the room. On top of that, the service was incredibly frustrating. Whenever we called to request something we needed at the moment, such as tourist papers or other basic amenities, we were often left waiting for more than an hour. This is unacceptable, especially when guests are calling because they need something promptly. We repeatedly had to wait and follow up instead of receiving timely assistance. The combination of the bites, poor response time, and overall lack of attention made our stay stressful and far from what we expected. We paid for a comfortable and properly serviced stay, but unfortunately that is not what we received. Given these issues, I believe a refund is completely justified and would appreciate management addressing this situation seriously.

The hotel has a very impressive view and a great location.

Excellent, helpful staff especially the valet parking staff. Room was clean but warn and could use a refresh (duct tape holding the carpet down). Perfect location for a weekend theater trip.
