very nice

Everything was great. At first, the shared bathroom situation seemed a bit odd to me, but it turned out fine—it was very hygienic, and the staff were excellent and friendly.

I have been traveling with my service dog all summer and this is the first place that nearly did not let us in. The front desk staff when we checked in was clearly confused about ADA law and public access for service dogs federally and in NYC. I was asked for some kind of ID, which is illegal. I calmly explained the law and was still not asked what tasks(s) my service animal is trained to provide. I had to eventually show a card explaining public access law with numbers for the ADA and department of justice to be let in. And this is the reason we had to check out early, along with loud construction noise. I booked for two weeks here and one morning when I went to use the bathroom, many days before check out I found my keys had been turned off. Thankfully I had grabbed my dog by the collar to take him with me, and thankfully there was staff around on my floor who let me back into the room. This made me feel pretty unsafe here. Luckily I purchased travel insurance.

Humid, loud (street side), dried blood on bedsheets, hot, there is a lower limit on the thermostat so it’s terribly hot at night you will be sweating, limited space, poor bathroom conditions (the showers clogged, poor temp control) - etc etc. i obviously did not expect a Marriott experience, but nonetheless for the price I paid, the basics just weren’t there

The shared bathroom situation was not that bad, except in the bathrooms they didnnot have hand soap. So that was weird. Great location, so it is worth it for the location next to bryant park for sure!

Nothing to note. Place was clean and great for the price

This was a room with no bathroom, small room with just 2 beds, no chair, no table, 3 shared bathrooms with tub & toilet on the floor for several rooms. The breakfast was insignificant (instant coffee). The visitors were soccer fans like me here for the World Cup but this hotel didn’t provide the channels showing it. One tv downstairs with 2 chairs in a corner had one Spanish channel with it, this hotel is like a dorm not an hotel.

Great location!! Shared bathrooms were clean. Friendly staff

clean room, good staff

the rooms are very small. The bathroom is down the hall! But my biggest complaint was sound insulation. I could hear ppl moving around on other floors. Also, you can't have a guest up to your room, even for a few minutes. That felt pretty 3rd world.

This inn was decent for the price for mid-town Manhattan. Perfect location in the center of many things. The bathrooms were ok. I’ve seen cleaner. Overall it suited us for the one night we stayed there.

Overall good, clean and the shared restroom wasn’t an issue

Very Nice

The bathroom was mostly clean (it's shared, so sometimes it was cleaner than other times). The staff was efficient, but not overly friendly.
