The lobby spaces are quite dark which is a vibe but also sort of a challenge for getting work done. Intentional perhaps😉. Love this location!

For the price this is probably the best hotel for such a convenient location. I loved the lobby it was very homey. The room was small but all rooms in NYC are small. The bathroom did feel a bit outdated, but still clean. I went in the middle of winter and I stayed warm the entire time I was in my room. Be warned check in is at 4PM so if you’re flying in take that into consideration

The rooms smell like cheap gas station freshener. Really offensive and chemical toxic. No Toilet paper.

I was shocked how large the room was in comparison to what i expected. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well – I was only woken up because there was no dnd sign in the room and I didn't have time to ask anyone. The 10% at Milk Bar was such a great perk and really added value to the fee. Definitely a more casual hotel with elevated amenities and clean rooms. Very good selection of bath amenities, obsessed with the lotion selection. Will absolutely return for my next stay.

The hotel was stylish and extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly at our check-in and check-out, with the concierge /reception desk assisting us, Freddie, going above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and want to return, ensuring our stay was great.
