The parking situation is annoying.

Great experience and it’s near everything

Check in was easy and the room was comfortable. We loved the rooftop lounge/bar. They gave us a couple of free drinks at the lobby bar which were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was okay but not worth the price tag. I would stay here again.

The AC and the blinds were not working properly but the staff worked quickly to resolve the issues once we brought it to their attention. Everyone was incredibly friendly and genuine. It was a great experience for the price. The rooms were large for NYC and it’s centrally located so it’s close to everything. Would stay here again!

The wait times for the elevators can really add up with the amount of people.

Staff was excellent! Very accommodating to our needs.. Our room was cleaned everyday and fresh new tails. And the drinks at the bar were great. Would recommend this hotel, plus if it’s your first time in New York l would come here your right in the middle of all the touristy spots and the subway was way to take and affordable.

You literally stay in Times Square, location is very good. The only issue with this is a noise, even at midnight.

Honestly not good at all,I asked staff to change my room first they ignored then give me one option that room was the same and tiny room don’t have view and rooms have no facilities Nothing

Location is exceptional. Rooms typical for central New York, comfortable but small. Clean though and slept well. Sadly we felt like the staff rely upon the location (they know they'll always have bookings) so service is very lacking. Was rudely informed by one staff member that if I wanted another paper cup (to make coffee in our room - only 2x cups provided for entire 3x night stay), I would need to pay for it! Breakfast is also unwelcoming - we booked for a family of 4 but only 2x people can eat breakfast for free (via a voucher) and despite advertising the price of the breakfast in the elevator, informed at door of restaurant that breakfast was actually more expensive than advertised and our voucher therefore didn't even cover the cost of the 2x people it apparently covered. Wait for the elevators (especially in the evenings when only 2 of the 3 are available as the third is used exclusively for their rooftop bar) is unacceptable. Be warned!

This place was top notch. Clean, classy hotel. Easily worth the money.

Loved it. Great views. Great staff. Clean. Smelled good.
-
The experience overall was good but the elevators are a nightmare.

My family was accommodated in a double room with two double beds. The room was extremely narrow and dark. We had a small window that looked out onto the backyard. The sink in the bathroom was clogged, The front desk service is very slow. Every day, whether it was morning or evening, there were very long lines in front of the elevators and you had to wait up to 10 minutes for an elevator. The hotel lobby is very small and cannot accommodate guests who want to check in or leave the hotel and those waiting for the elevators.
