The ONLY complaint is the pillows were awful, they were very hard. Everything else was great.

I was worried about staying here when looking at the other reviews, but after coming here I have no complaints. The hotel was in the best location in town, nice, and had helpful staff. The room did not have any natural light, because it was an interior room, but for the price and location that is fine. The AC worked well. The parking is paid, I believe around $40, but there is ample street parking in the area if you are willing to walk a block or two. If you are looking for a 5 star resort, this is not what you want, but for the price that I booked it blew away my expectations.

No windows looking outside. Could hear EVERYTHING going on after hours. Arguments, you name it. Wack you with 100 dollar parking so add that plus another 100 deposit for whatever reason. The room had hair all in it. Was a terrible experience 😕

Very friendly Check in person Lavender. And in the evening the older black security guard ... Always ask how we were doing when we would come in.. And wish us well when we left @ 6 in the morning . Air conditioner was making noise all night and the shower handle was broken came right out. they did offer to send someone. But didn't want anyone in our room if we are not there.

Plumbing was horrible, toilet in my room was inoperable and several throughout the hotel

Traveling from New Jersey. Overnight the ac unit broke in the entire hotel. This was for the whole stay and did not get fixed. There was no notice given, no accommodation, no apology. I questioned The front desk and that’s when they told me. It was very uncomfortable, sleeping, getting ready. I was Sweating after taking a shower. I am so disappointed

The front desk, a Clerk named lavender was so sweet very attentive, educated share where all the good restaurants that were around the hotel is close by everything less than five minutes walk to Walgreens restaurant and events

The staff was very nice and helpful. The air conditioning went out, and they immediately fixed the problem.

The stay was great other than the AC being out for one night. We told the front desk and they had already had a company coming out to fix it the next day!

The AC stopped working and made the stay not pleasant. Will be changing Hotels

Staff was ok, room was clean, A/C was good & parking was painful at best!

No breakfast was included, my wife just didnt feel safe there are no cameras in the building and only windows are to interior hallways no outside windows. The lobby is very nice but then the room are lower average. It did what we needed it to, cheaper room close to French quarters but thats it.

The room was not as clean as I had hoped. The bedding had stains and the refrigerator was in pieces. The staff was amazing and did their best to accommodate.

The housekeeping came every day.No questions asked! They rock!

Clean room, staff was nice, however, you heard everything. Doors being closed, people’s conversations, and the water from the room next doors shower.
