The sheets and comforter had stains, the room smelled like mold, the iron & steamer didn’t work on the 4th floor

The room was clean but worn, the shower faucet was caked with scum. But otherwise wasn’t too bad. The check in and out was bare, both times had new employees so it wasn’t a breeze. The bar was convenient and came with a complementary drink! Parking garage next door and location overall was great! I’d stay again.

Clean , nice, and updated. Only valet parking, no parking lot. You have to use a parking garage that’s around $40 a day .

Moxy was great!! The location is good too… you can walk to canal street and uber to other places.. The parking should be at least validated by the hotel since the hotel does not have an actual parking lot itself..

The daytime staff I spoke with was nice and courteous Unfortunately, I was unable to stay at the property. I arrived around 3:00 a.m., and after getting into my room, I discovered bed bugs in the bed. Once I saw the bed bugs, I immediately decided to leave because I did not feel comfortable or safe staying in the room. The property also had an old, unpleasant smell. I reported the bed bug issue and reached out regarding my concerns, but I still have not heard from management about how they plan to address the situation. This was extremely disappointing, especially after arriving so late and expecting to be able to rest. I will not be returning to this property.

The property was in an amazing location I didn't like that not all rooms had an iron or steamer. I changed rooms and my original room had one, but when I moved it didn't have one.

The staff here, absolutely delightful. Everyone was kind and friendly. I have nothing honestly. My first room was great and I only have a second room because I wanted to stay longer due to my season ticket perks for the Saints. The WiFi was shaky when I was trying to play YouTube. But literally my best hotel experience in the NO

The hotel was in a great location, short walk to places like Bourbon Street and Jackson Square I was charged £95 on my credit card after checking out, I called the hotel and they explained that I was mistakenly charged for valet even though they could see on my room that I hadn’t used it and assured me that I would be refunded. I am yet to be refunded this charge. The staff have been unhelpful and they have done nothing to follow up my initial phone call with them and have ignored multiple messages from me.
