The hotel and staff were amazing.

The spa has been an especially meaningful part of my last two visits. As a transgender woman, being authentic and comfortable in a new environment can sometimes feel difficult. On both visits, I was treated with warmth, professionalism, and respect, and I was consistently gendered appropriately. That made me feel genuinely welcome, and I am very grateful to the spa team. There are two areas I hope Windsor Court might improve. While I felt completely affirmed at the spa, I was unfortunately misgendered at times elsewhere in the hotel. Consistency throughout the property would make a meaningful difference for transgender guests. I also greatly appreciate the evening turndown service. It is a lovely amenity, but the timing seemed inconsistent, making it difficult at times to plan my evening around giving staff access to my room. A more predictable window would be helpful. These are small concerns within an overwhelmingly positive experience. I love Windsor Court, appreciate the hospitality I have received, and fully intend to return whenever I am in New Orleans. I share this feedback because I value the hotel and want to see an already wonderful experience become even better.

The hotel and room was beautiful. The art collection is impressive. The staff were all very courteous. I regret to say, though, that the food was not good. We at dinner at The Grill. I had the "Coolinary" offering. The salad lacked flavor, the fish tasted fishy and the dessert was a little stale. I also participated in a formal tea event at the hotel. The bread on the sandwiches was a little stale, as well.

Beautiful hotel. Great service. Friendly staff. This will be my go to hotel when I go to Nola.

It’s still top notch! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. The gym is very nice and clean and the pool area is exceptional.

Beautiful Hotel with one of the best pools and spas in the the New Orleans area. Staff was extremely helpful and overall it is a wonderful place to stay

It was very nice. The vents in the room need to be cleaned. They are very dusty. There are stains on bathroom floors but it is an older hotel. The pool is small. I would go back. The staff was very helpful & tries to make you comfortable. Tipping everyone gets excessive. There are so many times they need to be tipped.

Stay was wonderful

My stay was exceptional for the short time I was there.

Everything was perfect. We stayed in a king suite! We were pleasantly surprised with the city views. The set up was perfect . Loved the extra sink , mirror and chair for make up outside of the main bathroom. Amazing customer service, room service , maid service-(Maria). The snacks in the room were delightful. Anything we requested we received within 5 minutes. This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at!! We will be back!

This hotel is wonderful. We traveled with our three grandsons and we were made to feel welcome and never uncomfortable even though we not as quiet in the elevators as the Grandparents would have liked. Everything was clean and beautiful at all times.

The room was amazing. All of the staff we came in contact with where friendly and welcoming. Windsor Court is now my forever go to when I visit.
