Location and comfortable Staff were very slow. We waited so long at check out for no obvious reason, and missed taxi.

It was exactly what we needed, near the French Quarter but not in it. A very spacious room and very helpful staff. The daily housekeepers did a perfect job of bringing out too back from disarray to perfection. I thought everything was top notch.
