The Resort at Schlitterbahn

The check in was Great and the rep was knowledgeable. The room was clean, but no front windows, back windows were painted. So basically no view, whatsoever at a river/waterpark resort. What is that?? Had a coffee truck, good/ Rather have a taco truck. They had a smores and movie night which is good, but I was spent for opening and closing water park. Pool was clean.. ASK QUESTIONS, when booking.

Very dated and worn. Beds were like a hammock. It was clean, but old and dated.

We loved our stay! The extra hour in the park in the morning was amazing. View off the balcony of the river was lovely. Plenty of room to spread out. Shuttle service was great! We really enjoyed our stay and will def stay again next season!

It’s was a great place to stay.

Water park is open only on weekends right now. When I booked I didn’t get a notification until a few days later saying it wasn’t open weekdays right now (booked to stay on a Thursday) by the time I got the heads up it was too late to cancel and book elsewhere. Sink water pressure was not good only a stream came out fully open. Smoke detector had no batteries in it. And chain latch for door was bent and door did not fully close to where it was flushed as if someone’s messed with the door before. Please fix. Room 238. Otherwise would have been an amazing stay.

Nice staff. comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean tub. a few stains on rug. 24 hour staff available was nice. Not a luxury spot but a good place. Great price. Free laundry

Amazing place to stay

Everyone was very friendly. The beds were so comfortable. Rooms are older but clean and maintained. Location is convenient to the park and other places in town you might want to go to.

Clean, safe

Everything was great got up this morning had coffee and coffee pot but no cups so that was a bit disappointing since I'm a huge coffee drinker.

Our stay here was great! Our villa was perfect for our family of 4! It made going to Schlitterbaun so convenient. But I must say Scott, our shuttle driver, made our whole trip! He was so kind and timely. Gave us excellent dinner recommendations. After we checked out we went to float the Comal and my kids said “Scott would come get us I just know it! The other kid said no he’s with his grandkids it’s his day off!” Lol. So we will be back to check on Scott next year!

Loved the location. So close to Gruene and downtown New Braunfels. Was not expecting such large space for the rooms. Included living area, and full kitchen. My unit was a little on the older side. Door was hard to open and close.

Large comfortable room. Good location for a reasonable price. Housekeeping knocked twice at our door on our day of departure even though we said we weren't ready and could they come back later. It was well before checking out time. Quite rude really.

Bonita at check in was so helpful and bubbly and nice, she is a great asset to your staff! Clean room, comfortable bed, ac was nice and cold. Quiet property the weekend we stayed, our duplex neighbor was quiet I forgot my lotion and the bathroom didn’t have any, but that was minor and not a big deal.

Liked the modern apartment style decor. The view from the balcony is the river where the people can tube down. The water was crystal clean and cool. The rooms were clean and spacious. The master bathroom is especially roomy. There is a washer dryer which is helpful. Eventhough the Waterpark was closed during the week we still had a good time.

Central to everything we wanted to do in New Braunfels, quiet, clean, and the activities were a pleasant family surprise.

We stayed in 203 above the check in/check out area. It was nice and quiet. The beds were pretty comfortable and everything was clean. The only thing I wish it had was a small table so we could eat on.
