Easy walk to broadway and all the sights 10 min walk Away.

Our room was dirty with someone else’s clothes still under the fold out couch. No extra linens until we asked which is how we ended up finding the discarded clothes. Couch was covered in crumbs. They did respond immediately to have the clothes discarded and clean linens brought but still left us with an ick feeling.

Everything was clean, breakfast was good and they had massage chair, that we didn’t get to experience. But overall it was clean and updated. Oh and I didn’t like the fact you have to pay 20 per night for parking. That should be included with the stay.

The breakfast staff were pleasant and they had an omelette bar, which was pretty impressive for the property. The only con was asking for $20 to park on their property. I was unaware of this & it should be mentioned while booking with a 3rd party vendor (hint, hint). Overall, it was a great place, clean, great location and great breakfast for the price point for 1 night. Is it the Omni? Ritz? No. But that’s ok for me.

Everything was great. Room, check in and out, parking, front desk, massage chairs and breakfast was awesome. Close to the Gulch (shopping and hop on hop off bus stop too). Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was great. Surprised there wasn't a bar to enjoy the odd beer. The massage chairs were fantastic as well

What I like the most is the breakfast. They have omelet stand! Also the water/tea/coffee/juice stand in the lobby is great, kept me hydrated :)

We had a marvelous stay the hotel was clean and beautiful the breakfast was hot and fresh the lady taking care of the breakfast was super sweet all of the staff were amazing I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Nashville
