Virgin Hotels Nashville

Must try this hotel out when in Nashville, yes there are many options, but you will not be disappointed in fact you will be VERY SATISFIED!!

The property was even better than advertised and it had lots of unique features and unexpected extras. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel and staff was amazing. The parking terrible. Only valet parking which is fine except we had to wait 45 mins to get our car to leave.. even paid an extra 5 bucks to boost our place in line

Had to change rooms.the floors were sticky..kyneddy was very helpful and made things right

Virgin is a great brand. After having cruised with them in June, we were happy to see that Virgin has a hotel in Nashville, where we were traveling. They have a rooftop pool with a restaurant and bar and live music. They have a good lobby restaurant and coffee shop. The rooms are good and modern, with a creative layout. So why the lower score? I was surprised that the nightly fee for incidentals was $150! YIKES! For our three-night stay, that came to an additional $450! Which then resulted in us just eating at the hotel for every meal because I did not want to spend additional money on dinners out.

The pool bar on the roof is beautiful. My only complaint would be that the room cleaning happened at a funny time of day. (Although we may have contributed to this; I’m not sure.) We would definitely come back. P.S. Look out for the concierge, Greg. Super helpful and charming.

Excellent property, staff and location!

This hotel is fantastic, not exactly family friendly, but I had a feeling going into it and we made do. Kids were able to use the pool on Monday morning between 8-11am which helped. Outside of that, place is great, the peephole on the barn door looking into the bathroom is a funny voyeuristic touch.

The hotels front reception staff and porters were so helpful when we arrived and departed. The hotel itself was fabulous- beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean and spacious. The pool bar was lovely and the bar staff here were all really friendly. The only minor criticism was the housekeeping knocking on the door at 8.30 am both mornings - not ideal after your night in Nashville and forgetting to leave towels but soon resolved when we contacted reception. We loved the location- 15 walk to Broadway, £5 uber back. Nice bar as well downstairs. Great stay and would highly recommend to others who want to experience Nashville but stay in a calmer stylish area. Thank you to the great friendly team here.

Hotel is beautiful, staff are super friendly. We had some minor inconveniences with our room, toilet running, shower glitchy, not enough washcloths, TV remote not working properly. But overall, a great place to stay and great location.

We have stayed in many great places, but this experience will long be remembered. Fantastic facility, wonderful staff and located perfectly to the Broadway excitement. Will return some day. Nothing noted
