Hilton Mystic

Hotel was fine for our 1 night stay. The restaurant for dinner was okay. There is no EV charger on the property but there is a bank of high speed ones across the street.

This time we were not able to get into our room upon arrival around 2:30 - apparently checking is 4pm is non-negotiable unless there’s a wedding or other event & when we asked if we could get into any room at that time it would be great as we needed to shower & unpack for dinner reservation at a local place at 5 pm. Cut it very close & appeared we were bothering them. We asked if it was possible to get into any room earlier we’d be willing to downgrade- said they’d text us- they did at 3:55 ! We rushed to get ready & I took a quick shower & left my towel on the counter. Upon returning from dinner I went in bathroom & found a dirty/used towel on back of door hook. I was disgusted & due to the non-courteous attitude at front desk I figured I’d complain to someone who cared to hear. Thank you

The front desk people and the housekeepers were amazing.. very nice! Rooms were clean Lots of friendly areas to hang out Close to many things The bartender in the restaurant was not friendly. Was a little rude. My son didn’t see the menu the bartender had laid down and asked for a drink menu. The bartender said in a rude way.. I just gave it to you, it’s right in front of you. He just seemed annoyed to be there.

Room was comfortable and clean.ceiling peeling from obvious leaks, could use a refresh. Refrigerator freezer over frozen with som old substance on the ice. Yucky. Maintenance responded immediately and changed out refrigerator and helped regulate room temperature. Woman from maintenance very helpful. Staff in restaurant very professional attentive. Breakfast good but Coffee weak and tasteless. Just a Senior Citizen observation(toilet very low ) overall a great stay, great location, staff attentive and helpful.

Close proximity to areas of interest like the Aquarium, the Mystik shopping area and the museum.

I enjoyed the live music in the restaurant on Friday night ad the fitness room was quite clean.

Everything was great, just the bathroom is a little outdated

Clean, location, staff were amazing and The Irons restaurant was amazing! On the second day, no one serviced our room but we were able to get towels and remove garbage after talking to someone the hallway.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it was amazing. I highly recommend this place. The staff was very helpful. The bar and the food is excellent.

Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Room was not very clean. Hair clumps in the bathroom. A/C was loud but room was very cool.

Location is everything!! Right across from shops and restaurants. Quick 6 minute drive to downtown Mystic. Starbucks across the street! My room was clean, Staff were very pleasant, and there was plenty of parking! Reasonable priced!

Easy check in and check out, resort was clean and comfortable and great for families!
