TV channel selection (free) was poor. Shower curtain covered half the bottom of the tub - unsafe. Free breakfast nice but food not that great. Beds were very hard.

The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast is always great and appreciated. A shout to Luis at the reception desk. We came in really early and he was able to accommodate us! Karen Siegel

Our stay was short, only 2 nights. The hotel was clean and nice. It was located close to I-95 and convenient to get to. It was also a few short miles from shops and restaurants in downtown Mystic and New London and Groton Ct. Stay was comfortable and as I expected it to be. Price was reasonable too. I would definitely recommend staying at Hampton Inn for any future visit to Mystic.

The lobby and dining for the breakfast was always kept very clean and neat. The staff were concerned with making sure everything was right. The rooms were comfortable enough. I liked that free breakfast was included. I liked that there was a pool on site. I liked that there was a pizza/bar out front within walking distance. I like that there was 24 hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate available I like that there was a water bottle filling station I liked that there was a bathroom in the lobby first floor.

Location close to all attractions. Breakfast was good. Coffee good. Gym was good. Pool was nice. The pillows on bed were uncomfortable. One elevator was out the whole time we were there and someone told me it was out for fiur weeks and the housekeeper told us it was out for a week. Had to wait longer to get from our room. The ac in our room had a smell like old feet. The shower doors were nice, but while taking a shower the doors would open and the water would go all over the floor.

The pool looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for about a month. Water was cloudy and dirt was built up all along the floor. Bedding was uncomfortable. Breakfast was missing some basics (why would you serve sausage gravy without biscuits?). Staff was friendly
