The staff was more concerned with one another then the patrons, but other than that the facility was well kept

Only one complaint about the hotel. The railing on balcony was 6ft high. I could not look over railing. Felt like jail sitting there.

Everything was great at the resort!

This was my daughter and I’s first time staying here and she absolutely had a blast. If you every get a chance to meet Ms. Kimmie you won’t be disappointed. She was ohhh sooo helpful to my daughter and I. We made our business to stop by to see her every afternoon when we came downstairs. I don’t think our stay would’ve been this special without her. Thank you again Ms. Kimmie ‼️‼️‼️

Friendly and Helpful Staff. Beds not half bad either.

Overall it was okay. It is not a resort. It’s more of a west gate recruiting hotel. They push very hard to try to get you to buy into west gate. The location is good. Breakfast is not included(not free) and it’s in a separate building. There are no towels at the pools. The pools look like they could use some cleaning.

I property exceeded my expectations. After reading tons of reviews I was nervous about my stay. After arriving at the hotel early I was able to check in without an issue it was 2pm. The gentleman louis at the front was polite and helpful. I received 1 text welcoming me and 1 for check out. I wasnt bombarded with timeshare stuff as previous reviews stated. Im glad they listened and didnt push it. The pool was well maintained and easy access to the beach. There was always a security guard walking around and plenty of staff members cleaning and maintaining the grounds. The room was a nice size and AC was great. They provided Tolieteries and pool towels they also had a sign if you needed more just to let them know. The inly thing i would mention is the humidity in the room was a bit off which made things feel moist. Other than that no complaints.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. It was clean. The staff was great. I didn’t like the fact that the amenities that we had to pay for we’re taking from us at 5:30 in the evening we paid amenity fees and they take the beach chairs at 5:30 or 5 o’clock sometimes and I think that they should change that policy till at least 10 o’clock.

It was ok. When we checked into the room the floor was very dirty/sandy - asked at the front desk for housekeeping to vacuum but they did not. There was also sand in the bed we slept in, no idea how that even happens if the sheets were new. Pools are ok, small, but good for kids. There are not a lot of food options in the hotel (one restaurant) or the surrounding area so recommend renting a car.

Bathrooms could use some ventilation.

I like to walk and loved the area so much I’ll be back 100% Staff 10 out of 10 Facilities 10 out of 10

Beautiful property with an amazing ocean view. Staff could not have been more helpful with instant answers to questions by text…even after you check out! We will be back!

Mae and the other staff were friendly and helpful. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay.

Nicely sized property, clean rooms, great beach access and room view, affordable price. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very good for the price not many handicapped parking spots beach view very nice near everything

No breakfast service A hidden $150 pet fee nonrefundable. this is was a hidden charge for all customers every day that is bad business practice. I was told that it was hidden in the contract if I look for it, I could find it.
