My room was not cleaned at all throughput my stay. I asked the cleaning service for a towel that said they don’t have any. The fire alarm went off twice and no announcements were made on evacuation or what happened. Phone in the room wasn’t working to call the front desk. Horrible service.

Great place to stay nice pool and ocean front

It was right off the ocean The fact that they checked me out earlier than I paid for and they had to re check us in.

This was an OK room while they went under renovations last June the exterior and elevators could use some maintenance and updates. The amenities were OK. The rooms were decorated nice. Glad that this was pet friendly with a pet fee. That was not ridiculously outrageously expensive. Would stay here again if they updated it to a more Luxe resort style feel but the bathroom had a weird sewage smell elevator shook exteriors, and hallway is kind of look like a place where questionable things happen other than that the stay was great. My room was right on the beach oceanfront. The balconies could be a little bigger, but it was OK for what it was.

Exceptional

location was great easy access to different things being on the 7th floor the elevator went down twice so I had to utilize the stairs along with my husband who had knee surgery so he isn't always able to go up and down so I found myself packing up stuff with the thought to be away most of the day to keep him from having to climb the stairs repeatedly

I loved the staff! The refreshments in the lobby were a nice touch, and I thought the option to use a bike for up to two hours was really cool. The location was definitely the best part. I requested an oceanfront, non-smoking room, and it was exactly as advertised! The breakfast was pretty good too and the breakfast staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and cheerful! I understand that keeping a beachfront hotel clean can be challenging because of the humidity, sand, and guests coming in from the beach wet and sandy. However, I do think some aspects of the cleanliness could be improved. In our room, for example, the shower floor looked stained and could use a deeper cleaning. I also found a few strands of hair in the shower, and there was still writing visible on the mirror when it fogged up, which made it seem like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Overall, though, the room was acceptable, and none of these issues were significant enough to negatively affect our trip.

We did beachview, which made for sunsets and moonrises over the water. Room air conditioning was cold enough on a 90+ day. Easy walk to beach, pool is nice, places to wash the sand off. There are beach chair and umbrella rentals at the beach or buy your own gear from beach stores nearby. (They sell everything you might need,) Close walk to the cool boardwalk stuff.

We stayed with family for 5 days and it’s not the best hotel. 2 days elevator was down than they fixed it and today in the morning was broken again so we need to use stairs with baggages. They don’t have sitting area, only small couch at front desk. Pool area closed for everything and they don’t even allow to sit there and chill.

The location and food was amazing. Staff was helpful. We stayed two days and did not get room service, we had to ask 3 different people for new and fresh towels. Did not get clean linens.

Location that’s it Elevator was down two days in a row and I was staying on the top floor 8th floor mind you not 16 flight of stairs with luggage isn’t ideal for a vacation I wouldn’t stay here if I was you seems like they didn’t want to do anything about it or help get compensation for anything very disappointed with this location I will not be back here

Staff was great. Beach view. And Alley abs Travis are the best bartenders there ever. Felt safe

The front desk staff were kind but very slow with the amount of people cycling in and out could have definitely used more staff for their turn over process. Extended wait times for rooms to be ready. They also don't have enough lobby space for the overflow of people that were waiting. Rooms were okay for sleeping. Overall staff was kind and ready to help when able. But, the hotel could use much needed improvements. I would spend a little more money elsewhere next time.

I chose the reserve now and pay later option however, when I got to the hotel, my reservation was canceled,The property tried to charge me before I got there and when the payment didn’t go through, they canceled my reservation. Other than that the pool was great. The beach was amazing.
