Wr got in a little after 4pm to check in. Our room was not ready so we went out walking. At 6pm I received a text asking how my stay was on a scale of 1 to 10. They never called us to say our room was ready so I said 1. I got another text saying they had just tried calling and received no answer. My phone did not ring. This was the bad part of our stay. We don't normally have problems here but this one frustrated me. Our room should have been ready at 4pm, the check in time, OR they should have at least called me saying th room was actually ready when it was instead of waiting for me to leave a number 1 for a bad review. The room was clean and the same as always. It was right next to the elevator which was noisy but that was to be expected. All in all it wasn't a bad stay, it was just a bad start.

The room was very clean and it was close to everything. The pool was great.

Unfortunately the room wasnt ready for check in at 4 but was in at 4:30. Only one parking spot per room so my other traveler has to use paid public parking. The AC wasnt keeping up but it was hot outside and it wasn't unbearable. The water pressure in the shower was not good but it did get hot. The staff including maintenance and housekeeping were very polite and helpful. This was not my first stay here thats why I chose it again. I am going to assume this problems were within the room we had as i didnt have those issues in the past in other rooms. Alot of food and entertainment within walking distance. I would stay again of we do another trip to MB.

On the beach! Close to amenities! Pool! Tiki Bar!

Clean, convenient, close to beach

Our stay was good enough overall. The resort is a bit dated, but honestly, that is somewhat expected for Myrtle Beach. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and close to the pier, local shops, and restaurants, plus having parking included was a great perk. Being only a 10-minute drive from Broadway at the Beach was a major bonus for family outings. Check-in was a highlight, when we mentioned our daughter’s birthday, the front desk agent kindly gave her a free drink voucher and even threw in an extra one for our other kiddo. We were assigned room 1005 on the 10th floor, which had a fantastic view and a good sized fridge that came in handy. Some issues included: the keycards never worked on the entrances to and from the beach. Inside the room, the shower towels were so small they seemed meant for a toddler. There are only ice machines available on-site with no drinking water stations. The main door lacked a secondary safety latch, and the balcony door did not lock/work properly. It is a decent base camp for the area, but management really needs to address basic maintenance, door security, and towel sizes.

And on the Beach !!! Such an excellent location, including able to easily walk the Boardwalk and take advantage of the exciting rides, stores to browse, and eat!! From A Slice of Pizza, an ice cream cone or sit in a restaurant!

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Right in the middle of all the fun location is great.

Stayed for our anniversary 8/22. Great hotel, loved the bar outside the pool. Will definitely stay again

Excellent stay!

The hotel should be renovated because everything is old. The view makes up for everything.

We chose this place because it is in the heart of the beach. Everything that we were interested in is in walking distance. The rooms were clean and the staff were so helpful.

It's okay the building is really old and showing it patio door wouldn't close all the way. You have to slam the main door to get them to shut and I had to have the refrigerator fixed. The location is great though!

The location The price this hotel is outrageous for these outdated rooms pools dirty I would not stay again
