Days Inn by Wyndham Montgomery I-85

The room had spider webs in the windows. And the room was dirty.

Good staff and very cleaned room.

The room was clean thankfully, but the property itself was very rundown. The doors are outside accessed which isn’t usually a problem; however, their doors did not securely close/seal. They closed but were very wobbly if pushed on. As a woman traveling alone that’s very worrisome. I could see light thru every side of the door to give context. There were also several people staying upstairs who were outside arguing quite a bit into the night two of the three nights I was there. I can’t fault the property for people, but they seemed to be people who stay there long term so it was worth mentioning to me.

Our room looked old, floor boarded fell apart. When it rained, large amounts of water came under the door meaning it was not well weathered then worst of all, THE STAFF WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The manager has a piss poor attitude. I recorded a lot of it and plan on making some social media posts as well. Save yourself and RUN

Air conditioning did not work, area was terrible, shower had hair in it and the sink would not drain

The room was very clean and good condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend them

The so called breakfast was what they called grab and go. It was a cup of bad coffee and a honey bun.

No elevator or breakfast as advertised, just honey buns.

Will be back. Great place

Convenient location Great Staff I couldn’t stay longer?

Breakfast consisted of coffee honey buns and refrigerated sausage biscuits. No cups in the room or ice bucket. Ice machine did not work

The room was clean , large and met our needs. It was a good value.

Rooms were nice and clean The area

I checked in but left immediately after seeing the room. It was awful. Told the manager on duty that I was checking out again. He offered me another room but I declined as the location was rough looking and undesirable. Plaster falling off walls, lot of black mould in bathroom & shower. Door to room not sealed properly. Then to make things worse the person in the room next door had a car with four bullet holes on the passenger side?? I did not feel safe there. I have already sent a report about this to Hotels. Com requesting a refund.

Don’t let the outside dissuade you! Room is modern and updated, so quiet, slept well!
