Check in took over 20 minutes. Reserved room with 2 beds but they said that it was only one. Lucky to get the correct room. Tv remote missing from room, turned on manually but it had no signal. Went to front desk .. handed me a dead remote and said tv ‘s were out due to storm and should work in 30 minutes.. never did work!! Hallways smelled bad, carpet in elevator was filthy. Not very appealing experience

The place was alright, only issue was when we asked for more towels we were told to wait a moment. Then went downstairs to ask for towel and was told to wait 2 hours. Never got clean towels. The WiFi doesn’t really work

Shower curtain missing. Dirty towel also. All fixable problems, just attention to detail.

Do not stay here if you book through Expedia. They will mark your reservation as a no show even when you call to talk to the desk before checkin and literally stop at the desk repeatedly to check in and get your key card to work. Then they will throw your items into garbage bags and demand more money. I booked and prepaid with Expedia and they said I never paid SEVERAL DAYS after I had already been staying on the property, went though my items, threw them in garbage bags and removed them from the room mid-reservation without communicating with me at all prior. All because THEY MESSED UP and put my reservation that I clearly checked in for as a no show. Absolutely insane. No apologies were given for their mistake. No refunds were issued by the hotel for their mistake and mistreatment of guests mid-stay. I left early because I will not be treated that way by a hotel and remain a guest.

I booked this instead of a motel, because the reviews were promising. OH MY GOD. The place smelled foul. And I mean the hallways, the room, the elevator. Something mix of BO, weed and urine. I should have booked a motel. And all that considered, it was still 139$ a night. If I weren’t in a last minute pinch, I would have immediately turned around and walk out of there. The front desk guy was nice. So, it’s no fault to him. But my God, how do you charge so much for such a trashy place??? The bathroom needed a deep cleaning too! Glad I always travel with slippers, trust me you didn’t want to step on those sticky floors. YUCK! Honestly, I need a refund. I feel like I still smell like that place.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed

I liked the easy check in process. What I didn’t like was not being able to communicate with a person. The individuals that were in the room a floor above our room was so loud and they walked and ran and made noise all night until 4 in the morning it was crazy and loud and noise. The elevator rug was full of trash look like it had not been swept or vacuumed in a few days also trash was visible in the hallway on our floor.

Confirmed reservation canceled by management with no notice — arrived at 10 PM with 3 young kids I booked and received confirmation for a two-night stay at this WoodSpring Suites. After nearly SIX HOURS of driving with my three young children, including one with special needs, we arrived around 10 PM only to be told that management had canceled our confirmed reservation. I received no effective notice of the cancellation. By the time we arrived, the hotel was completely sold out. Even worse, the hotel offered us absolutely no solution. No relocation assistance. No help finding another property. No alternative room. Nothing. I started calling surrounding hotels myself and they were also sold out. I ultimately spent more than TWO additional hours late at night calling hotels and driving around with three exhausted children before finding a room much farther away and at a higher price. I specifically booked WoodSpring because the room had a kitchen and I planned our food budget around preparing meals there. Our emergency replacement didn't have equivalent kitchen facilities, so I also had to unexpectedly pay to eat out throughout the trip. The front-desk situation was also handled poorly. An unrelated bystander repeatedly inserted herself into my conversation with employees and escalated an already stressful situation. Staff did nothing to stop her from interfering or de-escalate the interaction, which eventually became a heated verbal exchange. Was I angry? Absolutely. I had driven nearly six hours with three little kids and discovered at 10 PM that the hotel had canceled the confirmed room we were relying on, sold out the property, and left us to figure it out ourselves. I have contacted management formally and requested an explanation for exactly when, why, and by whom my reservation was canceled. I would strongly caution families against relying on a confirmed reservation at this property based on my experience.

Went to check in and they said, we don't have a room for you.

Not a thing Front registration gal the rudest gal i have ever dealt with. First off we were a half hour early for check in for 3pm. Told us it was too early to check in went back at 3 Told room wasn't ready and she was so nasty then was told to come back in minutes Well here it is 4 and still not room said booking should have never made a 2 night reservation. Meanwhile couple comes in with a very you girl she's got to use the bathroom very bad. Well that's a no go toilet is plugged. In the meantime she proceeds to argue with me and tells me she can't help me. Worst experience I have ever had Had find a different hotel 20 miles away. Put a bad hitch in our plans. The owner of this place needs to check in on their employees.

Bad

The staff were nice The beds were super low to the floor and the bed broke, twice. No soap in the bathroom, there was a dirty chair and floor in the room. I would not recommend this to anyone

The hotel was built just 3 years ago, but the faucet in my bathroom was loose, and the stovetop hood looked like it was falling apart. Worst of all, though, was that the hotel was horribly under staffed. Check in time is 3 pm. I arrived at 6 pm, could not get into the lobby until another visitor opened the door for me, and I found that there were at least 5 other people waiting for someone to come to the front desk. I was finally able to talk to someone about 6:15, and was told my room wouldn't be ready for another 45 minutes (7 pm). I left to pick up a few groceries and got back about 7:30. After waiting again for the desk clerk, I then waited for the room to be "checked". I didn't actually get into my room until almost 8:30. Then I discovered there was no dinnerware or utencils, not even a cheap plastic glass for water. I had to go out and buy them the next morning. The second night, my keycard did not work for my room. This was at 11 pm, after work. The desk was not open and I had to call to get someone to the desk. My key was fixed (it worked the rest of the week). I do not blame the woman at the service desk - apparently, she was not only the only one staffing the desk, she also had to supervise the cleaning crew - or at least check that the work was done. She was running around like crazy. Management needs to find more help.

Hotwl filthy and dirty. Towels dirty and bad sheets full of hairs. Sticky floor and humid. It smelled pretty old even if it doesn't look like that from outside. Toy can hear everything from above yoy and next you. They allow dogs which means they might bark... a lot

Newer building, modern rooms. Comfortable bed. Full size fridge. Bathroom vents must be shared, when you turned it on you could smell what they were smoking.

We had a confirmed reservation for 1 night through Booking. We arrived at 10:25 pm (I sent a note to let them know we would be arriving late) and we were turned away at the counter saying they only accept reservations for four nights or more. This reservation had been confirmed a week and a half prior. We had my husband‘s elderly mother (81 years old) along with us. We had no other choice, but to drive the six hours back home after that. She stated they had no rooms available in the hotel even though the parking lot was only 1/3 full. Very dissatisfied.
